    Driving to work 12/5/22 @ 12:43 pm I heard a really loud thump I couldn't stop or pull over cars were behind me I didn't think twice thinking maybe I just heard something or ran over something but that wasn't the case I pulled into work and notice a big dent on the driver side of my vehicle and took pictures I had to report to work I called the non emergency line for the sheriff and they said they do not come out to do that talk to the mangers at Westchase cite they have insurance liability for that so I called spoke to **** 12:55pm and he will relate the message to *************************** I called back again and spoke with ******* 2:07pm asking to speak with ***** Called Westchase ********* this morning 12/6/22 at 8:21 am **** said he will try to get ahold of ***** again Got a message 10:02 am regarding the Freak Accident they call it ***** said they are not responsible that I would have to claim that on my insurance There's no way I would know exactly who hit my car all I know is it happened at 12:43pm on 12/5/22 Westchase ********* would know exactly all the guys out there would know come on really They watched and they knew who did it They do not want to take responsibility for it That's what it comes down to I live in the area and work in the Westchase area Its just really bad business to say its ok for a golfer to hit your car and its a freak accident How many others has this happened to Westchase ********* should be held accountable for even having a golf course off *************** nevermind those big trees They Need A Net to protect citizens and the safety of the community but they won't do that It will take away from the beauty of Westchase in which Westchase homeowners assoc get money for that I am really upset Its a hazzard for everyone even pedestrians, bikers, drivers, animals, etc....
