    An NDA was sighed July 3rd. Terms were not met and per the *** I am entitled to a full refund. (Since October 2024 - March 2025 I an not being threatened in email by the company for requesting such. 3/13

    We are writing on behalf of KBook Publishing to formally respond to the complaint and defamatory remarks made by Ms. ******** ********* regarding our services. While we always strive to maintain the highest standards of transparency, professionalism, and client satisfaction, we find it necessary to address these serious and unfounded allegations to preserve the integrity of our business.

    Ms. ********* has alleged that KBook Publishing failed to meet the terms of our agreement. However, the factual and documented evidence clearly indicates otherwise:

    Expedited Services Provided:


    Despite standard timelines, we expedited the editing, formatting, and design work for Ms. ********** manuscript, going above and beyond to ensure her satisfaction.


    Amazon Publishing Obstacle:


    The only limitation in finalizing her books launch on ****** under her personal account was her refusal to share the necessary login credentials. As per Amazons publishing policies, we require either access to the clients account or permission to publish on their behalf. Without those, we cannot proceed further. We communicated this clearly and respectfully multiple times.


    Proof of Completed Work:


    Ms. ********** book is currently live and available on ******, complete with 5-star reviews. If we had failed to deliver as claimed, this would not be possible. All associated project files, communication records, and deliverables are documented and available upon request.


    Ongoing Guidance:


    We also provided marketing recommendations and strategic advice for a successful launchsupport that extended beyond the contracted scope.


    Threats and Harassment:


    Ms. ********* has not only made unfounded public accusations but has also made veiled legal threats against our team. We view this as an unfortunate and unjustified attempt to discredit a company that honored every commitment made.


    We humbly request that any negative reviews submitted by Ms. ********* to the BBB platform be reviewed and removed. Her actions do not reflect a truthful account of the professional service we rendered. As a company, we value honest feedback, but we also believe consumers should not be permitted to misrepresent facts to harm the reputation of service providers who act in good faith.

    We are prepared to submit all documentation, time-stamped records, and email correspondence to substantiate our position. We trust that the BBB will assess this matter with fairness and ensure that your platform remains a space for accurate and responsible consumer feedback.

    I am rejecting this response because Kbook publishing did not follow the attached terms per the sighed NDA. They were to have the project completed by the 90-day **** which was not completed. I have also attached a timeline of all events that clearly showcase the number of times I had to reach out for updates, request a refund and request info on when the book would be published. Furthermore, I was sent the attached threatening email, which you can clearly see ****** confirming they will not provide me with any of my materials if I did not stop with the charade. I was harassed on the phone by both **** and ****** when I did not wish to move forward with any other ****eting solutions they tried to provide, which all came at a ridiculously high cost. Kbook did not publish my book as they were paid to do in fact, I had to publish myself since I was not going to give them access to my personal information using the Amazon publishing account. There is no reason I should have to provide personal log-in information with a third-party company. I also have proof via email that ****** did confirm if I already had my own account, I did not have to provide them with the info. I have requested mediation and sent a final demand regarding this matter and the company has completely ignored the terms and did not provide a refund as they are legally entitled to do. They had 90 days to complete the service, that service was not completed until well after 200 days. On top of the fact that they did not edit, proofread or format the book correctly leaving me to correct the mistakes that I paid them to do. I will not remove my reviews as they were honest and factual in terms of the experience I had with this company. I have plenty of proof I can provide to show my experience and how this company underperformed the task they were paid to do. Per the agreed terms of our *** the next step in our dispute is to file a compliant with the *********************************

    Paid for a service that has not been done or even started. Phone goes to generic "nobody is available to answer your calls." ********** emails. I believe I'm being scammed. They could not provide me a timeline of the services they said they would provide. They have my manuscript and can sell it.

    ********************************* signed up with us on 5th of August for her manuscript rewriting, amazon book publishing and book cover design package.

    The project manager initiated the project on 6th of August with a welcome email and sent her a questionnaire for the book cover to collect relevant information and get the book cover designed for reference screenshot attached [Screenshot 1]

    ******** replied with the questionnaire being filled up and shared the manuscript with us on 7th of August for reference screenshot attached [Screenshot 2]

    On 7th of August the team replied back with tentative timeline on the email, informed about receiving the questionnaire and the same day they shared the manuscript document with the writing team. For reference screenshot attached [Screenshot 3]

    On 8th of August she replied back with a false allegation that she did not receive a response back, since she was replying on the same thread, there is no chance that she did not go through the email which stated the tentative timeline for manuscript completion. [Screenshot 4]

    On the same day 8 th of August the project manager replied back to ******** and informed that he is waiting for the writing team to go through the manuscript which takes a week since she shared the manuscript on 7 th of August, its not possible to go through a complete book with in a day. Below is the reference of above mentioned about the project managers reply. [Screenshot 5]

    On the same day 8 th of August we expedited the project to ensure 100% client satisfaction with our services and assigned one of our senior writing resources to go over the book over the holidays and scheduled the call with ******** by Monday 12th of August and even sent her email for the scheduled call [Screenshot 6], on the same day she replied back and acknowledged that she is satisfied with the timeline.     On 12th of August we reached out to ******** for a call with the writer and she straight away said that she is going for a dispute. Attached is the screenshot of Dialpad [Screenshot 8]

    I am rejecting this response because: They did not follow through until I made a comment on their FB page on 8/12/24. After the comment, I received a text from them. It was 2:56pm.  The only time line I was given was that someone would call me Monday 8/12/24.  I tried calling the names that I had for project manager and first ****** to contact me.  Both were generic voice mails.  Not even the name of the company.  I have asked them to send me a statement in writing that they would not use my script or send it to anyone else for use.  They have not responded.  I was told By ***************** that the project manger would call me a 6pm on 08/05/2024 also.  He did not so I reach out to my first contact *****************. I finally received a call about 6:32pm.  The only thing they have  done was send me a cover questionnaire.  Telling someone you are going to call is not a timeline.  I asked for a timeline for each phase.  I also have text messages, which I can't figure out how to copy and emails. I'm ask for a refund.  I am disputing the charges with in credit card company.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not given a time line.  Let me see the email.  The only thing I was told was Monday, which I waited till about 230pm before I decided to not follow through. I had called several number and no response.  The message just said someone would get back to you soon.  Not a way for a legit company to operator.  How bout the business name and persons name? I was never told it takes a week to go through the manuscript.  It's not like it was a novel.  After I waited till 230pm that Monday 8/12/24, I went to their ******** page and saw the same complaint.  I made a comment that I have not heard from them after I sent me manuscript to them.  I did not even get an acknowledgment that they received it, till I kept emailing them. I  do not want to do business with a company like that.  There is some strange name in their text that I am unaware of.  My text just says Kbook Project Mgr.  I do have all my text, just don't know how to save them to be able to print them out.  I also have my emails. 

    I want a refund, nothing has been done expect a questionnaire.

    On December 20, I paid kbook publishing ****** for services that was not rendered because the very same night I canceled, I first spoke to a *********************** ************ that said that I would get my refund by the 4th of January after submitting a cancelation request, then after that I spoke to a *************************** ************ who said that he would send my request threw however everytime that I speak to him he's trying to convince me to becoming a client. Now I'm not even getting an answer from him...
