      We had lousy service, but still left a small cash tip. When the charge cleared my account $10 had been added to the bill. We DID NOT authorize this! It was a lackluster experience at best and someone took the liberty of tipping themselves.

      Bonefish Grill did not reach out to me, rather I had to call them. I was reimbursed the cost of the meal and the $10 "tip" the server decided to add. Still, not a good experience.

      My fiance and I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. Our waitress from the very beginning was all over the place and extremely un-attentive. She made many mistakes and never brought the club soda I ordered. Only regular water. She barely came to check on our table and when she did, she took forever to do so. She was slow, unprofessional, had lack-luster regard, delivered a half cold entree, forgot our dessert, and we had to wait another 15 minutes to get the rest of it. She hovered over us to see if we would give her a tip and that made us feel like we had to for her bad service. She let us know she was there only 3 days and seemed to know she was not a great waitress and did not provide us great service. After thinking it over, her service was terrible and the food was not that good, either. For this reason we are requesting a full refund for $94.68. Check number 0141. No coupons or gift cards, just a full refund including the tip. Attached to this complaint is the receipt before the tip. This happened on 3/15/2025.We did email corporate about the issue and they responded saying they forward our comments to the regional manager who oversees the restaurant but we have yet to hear anything else. We emailed them that night and received the response (from Ami) on 3/16/2025, but nothing since and no confirmation of a refund.Thank you.

      We did hear from the Bonefish Grill in question and the manager apologized, refunded our money, and sent us numerous gift cards. She was very kind. We consider the matter closed.

      See attached documentation Have contacted Brad M***** several times - spoke to his associate, Rachel, who is a supervisor who has been a wonderful liaison between Brad and myself. On January 27th, I did speak to Brad and came up with a sulution - however, it’s been MORE than two weeks and Brad HASNOT DELIVERED. I’m not calling and more.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
      This has been the issue - NO FEEDBACK from BRAD M***** manager. I have called Numerous times and spoken to Rachel (supervisor) who has relayed my messages to BRAD. The one time I was able to speak to Brad, we did come to a resolution. To date, BRAD M***** has not delivered.

      I will try to get in touch with BoneFish headquarters in Tampa - MAYBE I can get this issue resolved.

      If you look up my Dine Rewards status under phone number ************ or email: ****************** you will see that I am a very loyal frequent visitor of Bonefish Grill locations. Therefore, I should be very aware of the specs in how food is served and portioned. I have visited the Bonefish location at *************************** *************************************************** Twice now I have ordered the family bundle of Salmon. I am used to other locations placing the salad/salmon/sides in a large tin foil container. However; this location is placing everything in small square take out containers, this includes what is supposed to be a family size salad. This location puts a salad in a small square container with two small souffle cups of salad dressing. This definitely needs to be discussed with a district manager. It seems that this location is ripping customers off for what they pay for, especially after paying $70.00 for the family meal bundle.

      Visited a Bonefish Grill location on 8/12/24 and placed an order for a party of two on the dine and discover menu. The company was running a promotion that you would receive a $10 dine rewards credit on 9/1//24. I received an email on 9/1/24 claiming the $10 reward was in my wallet until 9/15/24. However; upon logging on online to my Dine Rewards account, the $10 is not showing up in my account. As of this writing, I have $20 in Dine Rewards credits on my account, with the added $10 mentioned above, it should be a total of $30. Thank you

      Date was 2/10/2024 I ordered two dinners for pickup and the meals were not cooked right I asked for Medium Well steaks I got rare they were ****** and blood rain into the crab cake meal was ruined couldnt save them my husband ended up ordering pizza and wings from dominos. It was a romantic dinner I planned. Next day I reached out to them because I was upset and it was late when this happen let them know what happen via contact feedback the manager called me-back offered gift cards to fix it I was like sure . Then he calls me back and says he doesn't have any he will refund me. I said ok he sent me an email said he had adjusted the order and refunded it. That money never made it to my card.. I contacted them and let them know. The last guy I talk to got nasty and was like there is no way I can track it down all we can do is press the online refund button. That refund never processed. I told them I had a gift card I used at pickup so the amount was different. They tried to refund me the full amount is why I believe I never received the refund. They tried to refund 57.84What came out my account was *****

      Long story short a delivery through a third party ended up having an insect in our one beverage, it was sealed, so we know it is at the fault of BG.Third party gave like a third back which is fine, if I should go after them I will.BG took an initial phone call, they told me email them, I did, and nothing, would like the difference refunded, which is around $60 give or take.I have a picture if needed.

      I am writing this because I purchased a bloomin brands resteraunt gift card at a ****** store. I put 100 dollars on the card and sent it. The bone fish grill would not accept it because they said it was not activated. So I called the card company and they activated it but said there was no money on it. So I went to ****** and they could not help without a receipt and the person who could retrieve the receipt was not there. When I finally got to her at the store she told me she could not do it and they could do nothing for me. I feel ripped off by ****** and bloomin brands. I do a lot of business at these companies and that will no longer be the case. And I am going to tell my friends and family members about the business practices of ******.

      We are sorry to hear you are contacting us under such circumstances. This card was purchased from a 3rd party location (meaning a Wal-Mart, CVS, grocery store, etc.) When the gift card is purchased, the cashier is required to swipe the card to activate it.

      If you will please provide us with the receipt showing proof of purchase, we can investigate this further. From this receipt we can confirm how much money this card should have been loaded with, we can confirm this gift card was purchased, and we can confirm which location we will be charging for this purchase.

      Bloomin Brands, Inc definitely needs to be investigated for their unlawful practices that seems to be a pattern with them. I decided to celebrate my mothers birthday in approximately the first week in October of 2022 at the Bonefish Grill of Newport News, Va. I had purchased a filet mignon and was in fact served a sirloin steak which is a lesser cheaper steak. Not only that the steak was extremely small and full of fat and several Bloomin Brands, Inc has denied any wrongdoing when I was for a fact served a lesser cheap steak which was a sirloin. There is two witnesses who can definitely testify in a court of law as to what I was served for a fact because it was definitely not a filet mignon. This is definitely illegal and after conducting my investigation concerning the Bloomin Brands, Inc company this seems to be a pattern with their restaurants that they own. For example on the app called Next Door about a week or two weeks from my issue the same exact issue happened at their sister restaurant right down the street from this restaurant . Continuing my investigation I continued to see similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website where other customers also complained about them ordering a high valued steak and was served a lesser steak that they did not order. These are clear violations of the law and as of today they are in complete breach of contract along with other violations of the law and they refuse to make this issue right. I am very close to filling a lawsuit against them in court. These are some very serious issues here and I hope that they are fully investigated for their potential violations of the law that seem to be a pattern because this is definitely not an isolated issue at all. The current demand is 1k and if this issue is not resolved very soon legal action will be taken against them very soon. They will not be getting away with their unlawful and reckless actions.

      Our company does not engage in unlawful activity as ************************** claims and more specifically, Bonefish Grill in Newport News, VA did not serve him a sirloin steak in place of a filet mignon during his visit in October 2022.

      **************** and his parents celebrated his mothers birthday at our restaurant. During this visit, **************** ordered a Filet and Lobster dinner, prepared medium and his parents ordered Sirloin & Shrimp and Sirloin & Crab Cake.  After the entrees were served, **************** told the server his filet was not cooked to his preference, so the filet was returned for additional cooking.  This process was repeated twice, but *************** was still unsatisfied with the doneness of his filet. He then demanded a new filet, which we provided because we wanted to make sure **************** and his parents had a good experience. **************** then accused us of giving him a sirloin although we did indeed serve him a filet.  

      ****************** parents did not experience any problems with their meals, but we still chose to take care of the entire partys appetizer,drinks, and meals. In the days following his visit, **************** continued to send emails complaining of his experience, including what he called a ruined celebration.. As a gesture of goodwill, we sent his mother flowers for her birthday. We also offered **************** a $150 Visa gift card to take his mother out again to a place of his choosing. He declined and demanded $500.Since his visit, **************** has sent our company approximately one-thousand emails, demanding various amounts of money, up to $1,000, and threatening litigation if we do not pay him.

      We have gone above and beyond to accommodate **************** and his parents for their experience.  **************** paid nothing for the partys meal and is now demanding an additional $500.  It is clear that ***************** intentions are to harass and the extort money. Therefore, we consider this issue resolved and will not take any additional action to accommodate ****************

      I am rejecting this response due to many reasons which are completely false. First off, I was served a sirloin steak and never a filet mignon and I have witnesses who will confirm this. I never demanded anything at all so lets get that straight for the record. Its fair and reasonable for any customer to requests another steak that will be cooked up to their standards since the steak was not cooked at all to what I ordered. The facts are that the chef working at this Bonefish Grill does not know how to cook a medium steak at all. 

      Furthermore, Bloomin Brands claims that my parents was not bothered or affected by these issues which is a complete lie. To this day my parents has made a promise to me that they will never step foot at this horrible establishment ever again on horrible our treatment was as a family. They ruined my the entire familys experience so lets get that fact straight once and for all. 

      In addition the server was extremely rude from the very beginning and talked to me in a very loud and rude manner. Went as far as snatching a plate out of my hand and when I started that I was not satisfied with my steak he choose to ignore us the entire night there. Bloomin Bramds is fully aware of these actions and has completely failed to properly rectify this issue accordingly. 

      Furthermore, after carefully investigating this company Bloomin Brands has a pattern of giving customers different types of steak than the one that the customers have ordered. I have picture proof of other customers complaining about the same issue exactly what has happened to me. This company needs to be investigated for their unlawful actions and I will ensure the proper authorities are notified. 

      In addition I have audio recordings of the Bloomin Brands promising me $150 visa gift card in which to this day has refused to honor on their promise to me which is a clear breach of contract and legal action will be taken against them for breach of contract which will be won in court very easily. Not only that Bloomin Brands continues to claim that my entire meal was comped which is completely false. That same evening I was brought a receipt and was charged some money. In addition if my meal was free how come this establishment took my $75 dollar Bonefish gift card and has not returned it to me to this day. 

      Bloomin Brands continues to state nothing, but false information to look good, but the facts are that they completely ruined my mothers birthday celebration, the server crossed the line in which they do not care, have committed unlawful actions and I have witnesses who will back up these claims. As of today, 3/7/2023, Bloomin Brands continues to be in complete breach of contract and legal action will be brought against this brand very soon. Thank you for your understanding!
