      I tried to cancel a restaurant order within seconds after placing it. I was told that I couldnt get a full refund. My cancel request was made within seconds

      On 2/16/25 visited Outback Steakhouse by the ***********. When I placed my order I asked for steaks with little fat. I asked the cashier to please ask the cooks because before I got steaks that were half fat. When I got my food home I saw that the steaks did have a lot of fat and were overcooked. I called the store and asked for a manager. I gave my complaint to the female that came to the phone. She took my information and said she would issue a refund on a gift card and would be mailing out. A couple of weeks went by and it never came so I went up to the restaurant and asked for a manager. I spoke with ****** and he took my information said he would look into it and give me a call the next day. A couple of days later after not receiving a call I went back up there. This time I spoke to ****** who was the manager on duty. She said she couldn't find anything about my situation and couldn't find the receipt so she couldn't do anything for me without it. My wife sent me a picture of the receipt so she was ok with that. She said she didn't have any gift card left. She said she would mail it out on Monday and I should get it Tuesday. A couple more weeks went by and it never came so I go back up there. This time I speak to the manager on duty, ******. He said he was off the next day but the following day he would be there with ****** and talk to him about it and call me back. He didn't so I call him. He was too busy to come to the phone. I decided to call back and get the phone number for a district/regional manager. When I called back and asked for the number they put ****** on the phone. After going over my issue again he said he only has a cell phone number for the district manager and can't give it out. He gave me the customer service number but it was the number to check card balances. They made me feel like I was lying and trying to get something for nothing. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund or speak with someone from corporate.

      I really love this location until yesterday. The owner wasn't there and you could tell. Everyone was on the cell phone including the manager. I had to ask for utensils, something to drink multiple times, sent back food, and the list goes on. No apology. I am so disappointed. I have a list of complaints and would like to talk to someone about my horrible treatment. I really respect this brand and did not expect a manager to tell me I should of told her everything before it happened and there is nothing she could do. ******* was not caring nor concerned. The most important thing to her was watching her children on FaceTime or duo. I watched her talk to them and heard everything in the front of the store where multiple customers may have heard. Then one of the bar tenders had her phone up to her ear talking and the manager screams, "someone better have died!" I just looked in astonishment. Then they put the former manager **** down. I thought he was nice, but to hear the negative things about him was so unprofessional.

      My friends and I visited Outback Steakhouse for a girls night out, and our experience quickly turned into a deeply disturbing encounter due to the on-duty managers aggressive behavior.During our meal, a server accidentally dropped ribs and scalding hot macaroni and cheese on my friend. Concerned for her well-being, I requested to speak with the manager and asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was immediately hostile, dismissing our concerns. Feeling uncomfortable, we decided to leave without ********* we exited, the manager escalated her aggression, using profanity and making degrading remarks. When I attempted to get her name to report the incident, she stomped on my foot and shoved me. When I confronted her, she laughed and dismissed it as an accident.Her behavior worsened as she followed us outside, yelling insults and issuing threats. At one point, she even made a direct physical threat against me. Fearing for my safety, I called the police, who arrived and took my report seriously.This level of unprofessionalism and aggression from a manager is unacceptable. No customer should experience verbal abuse, physical contact, or threats from an employee. I urge Outback Steakhouse to investigate this incident and take corrective action. I have filed a police report and expect a response regarding the steps corporate will take to address this matter.

The manager of this location told me she would break my neck, and in the same breath told me I need *****.  This behavior is disgusting and cannot be ignored because you dont want to take accountability.

      Went to Outback at ******** in ************ ** on **********st Issue:Waited an hour with no food. The server finally told us that they burned the blooming onion and had to make another...ok no big deal. We accepted and asked why our food was taking so long 2nd Issue: The server advised they "forgot" to drop the salmon for my husbands salad but it would be right out. We asked for our food to be boxed to go.3rd Issue: When we got home, we had no dressing for any of our salads, and the SALMON WAS NOT ON THE ****** On top of that, my husband does not eat bacon and there was bacon all throughout the salad. The manager ******, let us come back up and offered to remake the salads, which we declined, and she advised she canceled the order 4th Issue: The charge has officially been posted to my account and was NOT reversed 5th Issue: No manager comes to the phone when I request one. I have called 3 times today and waited nearly 20 minutes before hanging up (I have spent wayyy too much time on Outback lately)6th Issue: The corporate phone number is only for gift cards. I had no one to talk to about my concerns. So, this is my next step to get this resolved (as I sit on hold again for a manager, when I could be working).

      We ordered food **** from the Outback Steakhouse location 2 miles from our home in **********. My husband sat outside the restaurant while ordering the food to be sure it would be hot and he could get it home quickly before the food we ordered became cold. As soon as my husband walked in the door he sat the food on the kitchen table and opened the **** bag. First it was missing half of my main course of the meal. I ordered the 8oz steak medium with the ***** Chicken a side of plain fries and a side of Aussie cheese fries. I only received the 8oz steak with plain fries that were so soggy it was mush. And a handful of cheese fries that were ice cold and the steak was cold. I never even received the chicken! My husband ordered a 16oz bone in NY strip steak that was so cold it wasnt even cooked to medium as he requested. He also ordered broccoli as his side which was soggy and mushy. His second side was a salad with old brown/wet lettuce. When we called to ask for them to fix the issues because our meal was almost $70.00 ($66.89) all they could offer was a ***** gift card and a remake of our food which we accepted only to come back home for the second time with Raw ICE cold steak for my husband meal again and no broccoli at all! We even double checked before we left but they wanted him to wait another 10 more minutes for the rest of the items they forgot for the second time which would of caused our meals to get colder once again so we just walked away with what we were given the second time and tossed it out when we got home. It was such a waste of FOOD and money and a terrible experience that we will never return to this location and possibly any outback steak house again! So disappointed.

      On 2/20/25 myself and fiance ordered online, both ordered the Kingsland Steak and Shrimp, I also ordered a Blooming Onion, sweet potato, and we received bread and butter. My steak was raw. My shrimp was full of old bay seasoning and that was it no other flavor, my pasta was dry and burnt!! I even took pictures and sent them via email on the app, my onion was cooked so hard that it was more coating than it was onion, it seemed like old grease was used. I took pictures of that as well. The steak taste like a ***** steak. It was the worst type of steak. There was no flavor to it. It didnt even taste like steak, and then on top of that it was raw. The best part about my meal was my bread, the bread was delicious and my fianc enjoyed his sweet potato, but that was it. For $70.00 that was unacceptable.

      have two expired tuck away cards corporate said the store could replace. The ******** TN manager *** or **** was rude and refused to be of assistance. I asked for the General manager which was also refused as well. Not sure why customer service refers me to the location when they are rude and unwilling to help, Exactly how the interaction went for them to be issued to begin with.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at this restaurant recently. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable meal was marred by multiple issues. This restaurant is called Outback Steakhouse located in ********, **. Address is ******************************************. Phone number is ************. I visited this restaurant on 2/16/2025. Firstly, there was an excessive wait time both before being seated and for our food to arrive. When the meal finally came, my steak was served raw despite ordering it cooked to a specific temperature. To make matters worse, the dish was overwhelmingly salty and nearly inedible. Additionally, I found a hair in my food, which made the experience even more unpleasant. On top of this, the silverware provided was dirty, and service was slow despite multiple requests for assistance.Given the disappointing quality of the food and service, as well as the time and money spent, I feel that some form of compensation is warranted. I would appreciate a refund or a voucher to make up for this negative experience and the significant letdown. I chose your establishment expecting a high standard of food and service, but unfortunately, this was not reflected in my visit.I trust you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your response on what will be done.
