  Terrible!!!!!! Grammatical errors did it twice. Looks like they just look up the job description on line cut and paste they have template. Not really looking at what they are doing. Don't care attitude, just want your money. The one that answers the phone Ryan is rude. Doesn't want to be bothered. Bad work ethics. Waiting for my resume to be corrected for the second time. This specific circumstance was not merely mentioned; it was woven into his cover letter, while showcasing his skills and aligning them with the positions he sought.

  Where do I start?! I reached out to **** in hopes that he could help me build an eye catching resume. I have been looking for some time now for job opportunities in the hospitality industry and I started to feel discouraged.   Unprofessional writing service.Yes, it was back within 24 hours. The resume I was given would work for someones first ever resume. The syntax did not make sense for some of the job descriptions. It appeared very rushed. There were plenty of grammatical errors throughout. It did not have any stand out qualities to it, and was actually less professional than the version I sent. They kept trying to correct it, and offered a phone call. I had them try 3 different times, and every time I got back a similar version. At one point I changed my resume and they basically just copied and pasted it into their format. I wanted something more professional than what I already had, and what I got was as if someone wrote their first resume using someone elses information.I gave them multiple chances to fix it because at $180 for a resume and cover letter I thought they have to know what theyre doing. I was wrong. They wanted to have a phone call with me to talk about my resume after multiple attempts were made, and I declined because I paid a large expense to have a professional resume written for me and based on the not well written copies I got back I knew it wasnt suddenly going to be what I was looking for.. I also dont expect to have to put in this much work when I am paying someone to do the service for me. I wouldve had to revise them on how to rewrite the whole resume. At the end of it all nothing they sent me was useable. You WILL NOT get a great job with this service. I would be embarrassed to send this to a prospective employer on my behalf. All they are is fast good things come to those who wait. I tried to dispute with PayPal and there is no way to get my refund. This company doesnt care about the service they provide, they just care about getting your money. I really needed a better job, and now Im stuck writing my own resume again and out $180 I needed- hence the new job.Thanks a lot. Cant wait for your shorty response to my review.TLDR- SCAM!!! RUN!

  Clients can certainly have varying interpretations of the resume document depending on their particular experience and familiarity with contemporary job market practices and specifications. For example, we created a document for the client that was streamlined to move past corporate screening filters. Those changes, along with organization of content in the first third (critical field) of the resume, and other such adjustments, were essential for movement past the aforementioned screening processes as well as for longevity with later reviews from hiring managers.

  When the client wanted to go against resume writing best practices in making changes to the resume we cautioned her: Based on our experience of doing thousands of resumes, we think you may be taking a step backwards here, but we are here to help you and will follow your direction. She disagreed and we moved forward with her requested changes.

  The client states she tried to dispute with PayPal and there is no way to get my refund. The facts are the client disputed and PayPal, as any objective third party would, found in our favor because we did exactly what we stated. It is all documented. The issue here is not with the resume documents provided. The facts are the facts. We provided voluminous amounts of documentation showing all the emails, the Terms and Conditions of the client's invoice, the client's original resume, our first draft, client requested changes, our second draft, client requested changes, our third draft, client requested changes AND more NEW information, our fourth draft, etc. 
  
  We service thousands of happy clients each year so they can reach their career goals, we are really sorry this client isn't one of them.
