      The order was placed prior to June 29, 2024 and was stated delivered on the 29th. I have been having issues with ***** the sole carrier they use to deliver packages. The package was never delivered and I reached out to **** and they said that it was likely stolen. I informed NVGTN of this but they state they are waiting for the package to return to them for them to redeliver my order. I have informed them that the **** suspects theft and tried to get in writing to forward to NVGTN but **** has not answered my calls since. NVGTN has no phone number or customer service hotline and I informed them via email that the **** has not been responding, however my emails to NVGTN go unanswered now as well. I ordered $70 worth of product that I have yet to see and have no indication of when I will receive it or if I can get a refund.

      I purchased a pair of leggings from this company , the leggings were worn 2x they ripped the quality is terrible , I called the company they told me to email a picture of the item and oder number, which I did , once they got the pictures they said order number was incorrect, after I sent them their email with order number now they say those are not the leggings when the leggings have their logo in the picture. This was the first time I purchased and they know exactly what I bought and what they sent me. They have made several different excuses, I dont think its ok to try to lie your way out of a situation.

      On June 5th, my package from NVGTN was delivered. What was actually delivered was just the bag and nothing in it. The post office company who delivered it put stickers on the bag to show that it came to them like that, just a bag nothing in it. It looked liked someone ripped or cut it open. I sent pictures of what it came to my mailbox looking **** I emailed NVGTN two times asking for my $84 refund since I didnt receive anything. No one has reached out to me or emailed me back about this refund. There are no phone numbers to reach customer service to talk about this. I am a frequent shopper at NVGTN and I have never had such a bad experience. I just want my money back

      I bought a pair of pants and shorts from them. Tried them on and they immediately ripped where the scrunch on the **** is. Contacted them for a replacement or refund and they said they would give me a store credit. I explained I didn't want to purchase anything else from them so didn't want a store credit. I offered to return the defective pants to them for a full refund and they refused so here we are! Worst customer service and I wish I would have read all these complaints before purchasing. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      On December 17th I purchased some leggings from navigation and they told me that the order was going to be delayed I received an update from shop saying that the order has been delivered and they told me to wait 5 days and I did but no order has been delivered I contacted them and they told me because it shows that it has been marked delivered they can only give me a gift card that never expires I would like my refund because the items that I have ordered are no longer in stock and they were on sale for the holidays and now they are regular price so the money won't go as far

      I made a purchase with NVGTN on Feb 8, 2023 of four items that totalled to $366.39 CAD. I currently rent a condominium in maple, orders made to the unit need to be put under my landlords name for them to be delivered to the unit (In case you were wondering why it is not under my name) *************************** ************************************************************** I provided clear instructions, giving buzzer code for the courier to deliver the items inside the condo instead of simply leaving it in the vestibule (which is accessible to the public) as people have done in the past which resulted in items being stolen. I received notification that my items had arrived, when I came home the items were no where to be found, asked the building manager to check the cameras and nothing was found. Then contacted the courier after speaking to NVGTN about where it possibly could be. They sent an image of the item being left in the vestibule. I contacted NVGTN again stating that the items were taken, but they said they would do nothing and take no responsibility because they courier marked the items as delivered. Then they said as a one time exception they would give me a coupon for future purchases, and that this coupon would not expire. I was adamant in receiving a refund because of their unprofessionalism but they would not budge. I spoke with the third party finance company (Which I used to make this large purchase), ******, who tried to assist me, NVGTN told them they gave me a coupon and would not give me a refund. This was out of the hands of Klarna which is completely understandable. Klarna stopped the investigation and I have to continue paying off the purchase I never received, so Decided to repurchase the items and behold, more issues. They deactivated the coupon, I either want a refund from this company, and apology for sure, or the gift card I am owed, they need to better themselves, this is completely ridiculous. I will provide all the transcripts between NVGTN and myself, the coupon and my conversation with ******.

      I just ordered these pants and received them with a hole in them. I ordered them from the last launch. I spent $48 on these leggings. My account number is #XXXXXX. thank you!

      I ordered on April 23, 2022 for the new launch. Everything went through, but then I received an email about my order being cancelled because they could not verify my info. I decided to order again using another card, because I realized I ordered the wrong bra size from my first order. The order was cancelled again for the same reason. I asked a friend to try ordering for me with their credit card, shipping and billing info. The order was also cancelled because they were not able to verify their info. This does not make any sense and is extremely frustrating.

      ORDER #XXXXXX and was delivered December 17th, 2021. I paid $96.00 for two pairs. I wore the leggings one time and now has marks all over the leggings. I have not washed them. NVGTN says they won't give me a refund because I wore them once. $50 for 1 pair of leggings and wore them once (never even worked out in them) and now have dots all over them. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like a refund for the one pair or a new replacement. So sad.

      I purchased items from NVGTN and returned two of the items ($87 in total). I sent in the items and got an email (see attached) stating they received my return on November 12th and that it should take no longer than 10 business days to get the refund. I have tried to contact them about an update on my refund and they won't answer any emails.
