      I bought a pair of pants and shorts from them. Tried them on and they immediately ripped where the scrunch on the **** is. Contacted them for a replacement or refund and they said they would give me a store credit. I explained I didn't want to purchase anything else from them so didn't want a store credit. I offered to return the defective pants to them for a full refund and they refused so here we are! Worst customer service and I wish I would have read all these complaints before purchasing. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      On December 17th I purchased some leggings from navigation and they told me that the order was going to be delayed I received an update from shop saying that the order has been delivered and they told me to wait 5 days and I did but no order has been delivered I contacted them and they told me because it shows that it has been marked delivered they can only give me a gift card that never expires I would like my refund because the items that I have ordered are no longer in stock and they were on sale for the holidays and now they are regular price so the money won't go as far

      I made a purchase with NVGTN on Feb 8, 2023 of four items that totalled to $366.39 CAD. I currently rent a condominium in maple, orders made to the unit need to be put under my landlords name for them to be delivered to the unit (In case you were wondering why it is not under my name) *************************** ************************************************************** I provided clear instructions, giving buzzer code for the courier to deliver the items inside the condo instead of simply leaving it in the vestibule (which is accessible to the public) as people have done in the past which resulted in items being stolen. I received notification that my items had arrived, when I came home the items were no where to be found, asked the building manager to check the cameras and nothing was found. Then contacted the courier after speaking to NVGTN about where it possibly could be. They sent an image of the item being left in the vestibule. I contacted NVGTN again stating that the items were taken, but they said they would do nothing and take no responsibility because they courier marked the items as delivered. Then they said as a one time exception they would give me a coupon for future purchases, and that this coupon would not expire. I was adamant in receiving a refund because of their unprofessionalism but they would not budge. I spoke with the third party finance company (Which I used to make this large purchase), ******, who tried to assist me, NVGTN told them they gave me a coupon and would not give me a refund. This was out of the hands of Klarna which is completely understandable. Klarna stopped the investigation and I have to continue paying off the purchase I never received, so Decided to repurchase the items and behold, more issues. They deactivated the coupon, I either want a refund from this company, and apology for sure, or the gift card I am owed, they need to better themselves, this is completely ridiculous. I will provide all the transcripts between NVGTN and myself, the coupon and my conversation with ******.

      I ordered on April 23, 2022 for the new launch. Everything went through, but then I received an email about my order being cancelled because they could not verify my info. I decided to order again using another card, because I realized I ordered the wrong bra size from my first order. The order was cancelled again for the same reason. I asked a friend to try ordering for me with their credit card, shipping and billing info. The order was also cancelled because they were not able to verify their info. This does not make any sense and is extremely frustrating.

      ORDER #XXXXXX and was delivered December 17th, 2021. I paid $96.00 for two pairs. I wore the leggings one time and now has marks all over the leggings. I have not washed them. NVGTN says they won't give me a refund because I wore them once. $50 for 1 pair of leggings and wore them once (never even worked out in them) and now have dots all over them. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like a refund for the one pair or a new replacement. So sad.

      I purchased items from NVGTN and returned two of the items ($87 in total). I sent in the items and got an email (see attached) stating they received my return on November 12th and that it should take no longer than 10 business days to get the refund. I have tried to contact them about an update on my refund and they won't answer any emails.

      I purchased over $600 worth of clothing a month ago. The order was delayed in arriving and when it did, the box was severely damaged and all the items were missing. I contacted USPS who told me that because the package was so damaged the items were repacked and returned to the sender. I then contacted NVGTN who asked me to provide my conversation with usps. It was over the phone, so they said they would reach out to their reps to confirm. I inquired for over 2 weeks for an update and kept receiving a generic response that they would get back to me. I've become increasingly more frustrated so I reached back out to USPS myself to ask for the information in email in order to forward it to NVGTN. I did this and NVGTN told me it wasn't "sufficient advice" to support my claim, and that they don't have the package at their warehouse although USPS confirmed it. I am now without my money or my products and NVGTN won't take responsibility for any of it. Really disappointing as I've heard good things about their company but haven't experienced it myself. Just want a refund at this point.

      Ordered the sunset orange leggings. After watching and following nvgtn and Ashley Jordan page decide to give them a try. The companies owner Ashley Jordan implies that these leggings are squat and workout proof. There are multiple videos of her exercising g and squatting with no see through. I workout out twice in my leggings. The second time I worked out my husband was with me and noticed that they were see through i was so embarrassed.I contacted customer service and was told to buy a bigger size or scrunch them up a little more. So now I'm embarrassed and now insulted by this company. I want a replacement. Maybe the dark pair will not be see through or give me my money back.

      I purchased two leggings from NGVTN in different sizes, same color for $96.00 on 7/25/21. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of item so I started a return for both leggings on 8/4/21 and brought the items to USPS. The delivery date was scheduled for 8/10/21. I reached out to custom support at NVGTN on 8/17/21 to verify if they received my return and they advised I reach out to USPS as the return was marked arriving late. I reached out to customer support at USPS, submitted a claim, they marked the case as resolved as it is still in transit and advise that I submit a find missing mail request. I completed the request and it also was marked resolved. I reached out to NVGTN customer support again and requested my refund be processed providing screen shots of emails from USPS and explaining the return package was sent to them and NVGTN CS referred me to USPS once again. This was my first time making a purchase from NVGTN.
