I purchased two leggings from NGVTN in different sizes, same color for $96.00 on 7/25/21. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of item so I started a return for both leggings on 8/4/21 and brought the items to USPS. The delivery date was scheduled for 8/10/21. I reached out to custom support at NVGTN on 8/17/21 to verify if they received my return and they advised I reach out to USPS as the return was marked arriving late. I reached out to customer support at USPS, submitted a claim, they marked the case as resolved as it is still in transit and advise that I submit a find missing mail request. I completed the request and it also was marked resolved. I reached out to NVGTN customer support again and requested my refund be processed providing screen shots of emails from USPS and explaining the return package was sent to them and NVGTN CS referred me to USPS once again. This was my first time making a purchase from NVGTN.Business response

I have been a loyal customer to NVGTN because I like the material of their leggings and usually have no problems. However with a recent pair I bought, a hole formed on the butt part after 1 wear. It didn't snag on anything and I didn't use it for intense activity. When I emailed about receiving store credit or a replacement they said it is due to the material of the leggings and they can't help me (offered a 10% off coupon). However, if I am paying $50+ dollars for active wear there's no reason why it should tear within the first time wearing it.. I saw that other people have had the same issue so I think it may be a certain batch of the leggings but who knows. I no longer want a replacement or store credit I'd rather just have a complete refund if possible. The warranty is going to expire in a few days so I hope there aren't any hiccups that cause this to get delayed/cause more problems. The order number is #XXXXXX and it was purchased on 15 May 2021.
