As, always the Bill Shields Roofing Team did an outstanding job, with the installation of the new roof and solar attic fan, there pricing is fair, and the quality of work is good, not to mention the crew did a great job of cleaning up after the install. I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Bill Shields Roofing. As happens here in *****, we had an epic thunderstorm that caused some leakage in our relatively new roof. I was able to make contact with BSR early the next morning and they were able to dispatch someone to our home to inspect the roof the following day even though we are a new customer and they were incredibly busy. The inspection took place on time and the inspector was able to make a temporary fix to hold us over until the permanent repair could be completed. Final repairs were completed about 6 days later, again these guys are in demand this time of the year, and the workmanship was very good. The crew came in, had everything repaired in less than an hour, provided photos of before and after, a detailed rundown of what was done, and cleaned up the worksite. We have had a few good downpours since the repair and no return of leaks. Again. Couldnt be happier. Overall great service and great workmanship. Highly recommend.

Our replacement roof has been completed and it is a load off my mind. We are seniors ourselves and our house is 80 years old made from wood, the many detractors of which I am well aware of. I was concerned, as a home this age is inevitably affected by termite damage at some level. The Bill Shields crew who did my roof were very accomadiating and sensitive to my concerns. They looked at the entire house during this process and showed us the areas that needed repairs so this roof would last for many years to come without any problems. Our crew (***, *******, ****, ******* and ****) were the best crew ever, as they did many things above and beyond during the job to ensure we were as happy and satisfied as possible. I feel we have an all-around secure home now for the hurricane seasons ahead. We were fortunate to find these men and the peace of mind made the job as stressless as possible.
