  Jonathan illegally sent me text messages soliciting business debt relief services under the name TJR EQUITY. When I asked for more information, he cursed me out via text. It was an incredibly unprofessional, unpleasant, and illegal experience that I'd like the BBB to help save others from experiencing too. Aspects of this interaction: I've never had contact with Jonathan, TJR Equity or ByzLoan Corp. before. I've never given his companies to solicit services from me, especially via text message. My phone number is on the national Do Not Call list. He went under the name 'Glenn'- here is the text transcript: JONATHAN: *******, Are you seeking funds to help your business? If so, whats the best email to send more info and next steps? Thanks, Glenn TJR Equity ME: Do you have a website and email address and/or website? JONATHAN: Do you? ME: I asked you first JONATHAN: Get lost ***** JONATHAN: Broke *** ** ME: Says the person illegally soliciting business funding via text message ***** I am seeking penalties against his various corporations and LLCs. Here's the registration numbers I've been able to find: TJR EQUITY LLC: LXXXXXXXXXXX BYZLOAN CORP.: PXXXXXXXXXXX TJR COMMERCIAL LLC: LXXXXXXXXXXX BYZLOAN TAMPA LLC: LXXXXXXXXXXX Of note, Byzloan is the manager for the TJR entities. A second address found on the Florida Dept of State Division of Corporations website is 5111 LAKECASTLE DRIVE, TAMPA, XXXXX. Please press forward with the maximum offense allowed under the TCPA and any other local business practice regulations that are relevant to my experience. Of note, the business partners with LENDIO, who mismanaged my PPP loan request. They stopped corresponding, would not return calls, etc. And now I receive texts from people like Jonathan every single day. I've filed a report with the FTC (Report Number: XXXXXXXXX) and FCC (ticket #XXXXXXX)

We work with businesses who applied for business funding. I also would like to see the correspondence you speak of as soon as possible.
