If the system would let me rate this company a 10 stars, I would.Ensolar came to my house and explained in detailed the process of switching to solar. Unfortunately, I was not able to move forward with the solar installation as much as I wanted to. They explained that there are too many trees around my house, which makes it not a good fit for solar at the moment. They recommended that I contact the county to check the health of the trees and if any needed to be removed, then to contact them back so they can assist with that too. I really appreciate their honesty and at least now I know what it takes to switch to solar and the company that I will be going with when that time comes. Thank you Ensolar!Ensolar USA, LLC

Every human being has a different experience in life, we all don't have the same experience and I had a very good one with Ensolar Company. They are very professional and not only the office workers but also the Installers who do a good job and are fast. In short, there is nothing to complain about them; They are very nice. That is why, when a friend of mine asks me about a solar panel company, I recommend Ensolar. Because? Because my monthly payments are around $25 and even adding the payment for the panels, between the two payments it is less than half of my bill from Teco Electric Company. If you want to save money at home with the Ensolar electricity bill is your solution. If you want a good job installing Ensolar panels, this is the company. I also have relatives who previously put up panels with other companies and have had several disagreements. That's why I highly recommend this company. In short, good people and excellent service. I dont like to dis credit anyone or any company because thats not my thing ,im a disable person with a lot of medical issues and this situation has brought alot of problems to my health and my life and i respect every person and companys and i dont like saying negative things about anyone ,but (enough is enough )Their liars because they sent a sales person to my house call ***** and to sale us the panels he promised us 100% that the panels were going to work ,and that didn't happen ,I've been recieve higher bills for a yr and paying for the finicial solar loan ,WHEN YOU PROMISED A CLIENT THAT YOUR SOLAR PANELS ARE GOING TO WORK 100% YOU HAVE TO FULFILL THE PROMISED THAT YOU MADE TO THAT CLIENT AND YOUR SALES PERSON ****** PROMISED THAT"Ensolar USA, LLC

We would like to start by clarifying that the proposal attached to the contract signed on October 30,2021, was accepted and signed by ****************************
The information that ***************************/****************, provided to ************************* (Sales representative) to design his system size was an approximate payment of $200+ per month to the electrical company or ****kwh of consumption per month. ***** informed **************** that this was the information he was entering in the designing tool to calculate the size of the system since he did not have a physical electric bill at that time. Our proposal tool designed his system with the info provided to offset with ****** kWh of PRODUCTION the amount of ****** kWh of consumption for a 100% offset and leaving the customer with only a basic service charge from their utility company.
Our proposal showed and provided the customer with the following:
#1- Eagle view picture showing the design of the panels on the roof of the customer's house.
#********* size ( ***** kw DC )
#3- ( CEC-AC rating =**** kw AC )
#4- Estimated first-year production of ****** KWh AC
#5- Utility bill offset of 100%
#6 - Model and panel wattage G6+ 340w
#7- Microinverter type IQ7+
All the above information was included in the proposal/contract given to *************************** for his review, acceptance, and consent by signature stating that all the data he provided to the sales rep ************************* and inputted in our design tool was correct.
Ensolar performed a PRODUCTION report on 6/6/2023 through the Enphase app to check and compare the first year's production on your system. The report showed that the actual production exceeded the estimated first-year production shown on the initial signed proposal/contract.
You can verify this information using the Enphase monitoring app.
The results of the report are as follows:
*Production
From March 4th, 2022 to March 4th, 2023 first year production was ****** kWh
*Consumption
From March 4th, 2022 to March 4th, 2023 your home / life style needs, demanded a total consumption of ****** kWh.
Please be aware that no solar company will be able to predict any future consumptions.
Our proposal/contract does not state that your system was designed to cover a consumption of ****** kWh nor this was near the consumption amount you provided to the sales rep ************************* in order to design your system.
Ensolar received a proposal/contract reviewed and signed by ****************************
Ensolar fulfilled the proposal/contract agreement and have provided customer support (technical and services) every time ************* have contacted **.
****************: Ensolar would like the opportunity to provide you with a free home energy assessment in which we can evaluate and provide recommendations regarding the following: Windows, Window seals, Door, seals, Insulation, A/C unit, Water heater, Dryer machine.
We recommend evaluating these items for their age and energy efficiency, it is what we consider moving forward for a prompt resolution in your over-consumption needs.
We are also taking the opportunity, and, as discussed during your telephone conversation with one of our **************** representative on 06/06/2023, ************************* and *************************** ******************************* that closed/sold your project) are no longer affiliated to Ensolar. We recommend you to contact them if you have any questions or concerns in regards to what was discussed/explained during the sale when they visited your home as part of the My ******** Solar Sales team powered by Ensolar (Installer).
