            We had a solar system installed by tampa bay solar that included CoolPv panels (40 total and 13 regular panels) back in april timeframe of 2020. Since that time the system has continuously leaked causing tampa bay solar techs to come out. at one point it was informed to me that the owner of the solar company was aware that our system had issues but did nothing about it to resolve or at the very least informed us. as a result i reached out to the solar panel manufacture who reached out to the owner at tampa bay solar and between the 2 of them decided to replace all coolPV panels (40) to resolve the leaking issue from the system. after the replacement the leaking has continued and all they do is throw more bandaids on the system. in total there have been 12 times the system has been leaking meaning the system has been down while it was fixed. fixes were not done quickly so the system has been down for better than half the time it has been installed at which time we are no longer heating the pool through the system as it was sold to us. there comes a time when the system should be removed for something that works or changed all together but the owne of tampa bay solar is saying they will continue to warranty the product knowing full well it is a faulty system at this time. replace all CoolPV panels for regular panels, rework the financing to prices from the contracted date and or remove all panels and replace our roof to resolve the issue. this has been an ongoing problem for over 3 years with the latest leak going on now for almost a months time without a fix. one tired customer.
