    I believe this was a scam for this company to make money through ******** by sending unnecessary test kits after being asked not to send them.

    I continue to receive covid test kits but now have more than I need and would like to cancel them. It's impossible to reach the company to get taken off the list. A recording told me I was next in line to talk to a representative; then a voice came on telling me to leave a message and wait for a call back. Unacceptable. (Still waiting)There is an online cancellation form, but I didn't want to send my date of birth and insurance number on that form.I believe they just want to keep billing insurance for unneeded tests as long as they can. Just want to cancel and cannot.

    I received covid test kits in the mail that I did not order nor want. I do not know how they got my information but I do not want ******** billed on my behalf. I attempted to return the package but mail person would not accept it.

    I received 12 COVID-19 rapid at home test kits from VRA Enterprises LLC precision RX located in Seminole Florida I contacted them stating that I never ordered these items they said they’re free and that Medicare is paying for them I said I didn’t order them I don’t want them and I want to return them and not to charge Medicare and they are giving me the runaround I believe this is something that the Better Business Bureau should look into I’m also going to contact the fraud unit of the attorney generals office in Florida

    I was attempting to request covid tests from website covidtests.gov, instead I was taken to covid.tests.gov . This was the wrong site. I did not realize that it was wrong. My daughter informed me within 30 minutes that I should not have had to enter my ******** information in order to get covid tests, and we researched and attempted to cancel the order. Rather than cancel the entire order, it says it will cancel after the initial delivery. I want to cancel all as the website was misleading and I should not have ordered from this company.

    I am receiving 8 free (paid by ********* COVID test kits monthly from Precision Rx. My ******** Summary Notices show charges were submitted by VRA Enterprises. Not sure I understand that one.I have multiple pharmacies within walking distance that now provide the same 8 kits paid by ********. I am more comfortable dealing with my local pharmacies than someone in *******.I expect to have all future orders cancelled and no further charges to *********

    My bad! I saw your response to my complaint and got caught up in the holidays.  No, I have never heard from the business.

     

    Since I have been able to get the ****** 19 test kits locally, it makes no sense to order them from Precision Rx. I even read somewhere I would have to call and give them my email to cancel. A recent shipment was marked *** emergency use authorization.

     

    Suspicious!

     

    I just want them to stop. I check my ******** billing regularly.
