              5/8/2023 opened a claim with ORT. Here it is almost a year later claim STILL not settled. Theres a utility ROW going across our property thats not on our deed. It takes up all but 1/4 of our 1.43 acre property.***************************** keeps giving us a different story every time we contact her. She said 2 weeks ago shed have the report last week Monday/Tuesday. Havent heard a word as always. We know they asked the appraiser to low ball us on the property value.Also the utility company is saying we cant enlarge or improve our septic which is in the **** If our septic fails our sewer supervisor said we will have to bring it up to code and enlarge it. ORT is refusing to include it with the claim. We have no other recourse except to file a lawsuit against Old Republic Title company. ****** tried telling us in the beginning she couldnt make a decision on a loss.She has done NO research at all. Ive had to provide everything. It has been a big battle from the beginning. Do yourself a favor and find a different title company!

              The insurance side of this company is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. My claim was denied but I noticed wrong information regarding our property on the denial letter. When I emailed back to get more clarification, ***************************** refused to respond to my emails. She originally stated she would look into the new information we submitted and then stopped all communication. Disgraceful how they treat customers trying to get clarification on insurance coverage which is confusing to most people. They deny your coverage then dump you!
