  Horrible company. Went through auto owners insurance for roadside tow. Waited almost 2 hours. Auto shop closed where they were towing it. Had owner stay on saturday... called again and tow company said 35 more minutes. Had to cancel and reschedule the tow. Never ever deal with them again. Never had this problem before. They should never contract with this company again. Set up for Monday with different tow company and told insurance company 3 hours to respond and still was stuck. Not happy...! Avoid these people. I can only imagine if they towed people from un designated spot. Probably get hammered with tow costs and be a complete hassle getting your car back. Worst ever!!!.

  Place is a scam and seems pretty shady. I feel they take of advantage of people that will not stand up to their wrong doing and they profit off them. I parked my truck, in the Winn Dixie parking lot. I have full permissions from the store management to park my vehicle there because I have a work truck. Multiple vehicles, as well as Camper parks there as well. There are absolutely no signs saying "do not park here" or "no parking overnight." anywhere in the parking lot. I have been parking there for a year. Normally there is a sign in my window showing I have permissions but because of the heat it fell down. Some times I leave my truck there overnight because I work long hours and just drive home. Apparently they stuck 24 hour written warning on my truck and because that was the day I left it and drove home in my work truck, they wrongfully towed it, knowing I have permissions to park there. I called the Hillsborough Sherriff Department to locate my truck and it was Millennium Transport & Towing again. I checked with WInn Dixie management and they said they had no knowledge of the truck being towed nd that I still have permissions to park there. This the 2nd time they have done this to me. Their excuse is always they have a new employee. They need to be stopped with the harassments and fraud against people that have full permissions. I am requesting for a full refund of my $203.00, they originally threatened me with over a $500 charge to include storage fees until they seen my written permissions. I have seen other vehicles parked there over night to include Campers, there are no signs saying "No Parking or overnight parking allowed". Just someone steeling someone else's money with little to no effort and looking for quick buck. This needs stop.

  This business is scammers and shameless, people without morals and without principles, I parked my car on the street in front of my mother's apartment, the car was on and with the 4 parking lights on, it took me less than 5 minutes to get off. some bags that were heavy and to pick up my two-year-old baby, I repeat, it took less than 5 minutes and when I left with my son in my arms, the car was no longer there, they charged me 200 dollars for less than 20 minutes after everything happened and also when I arrived to look for the car they told me that yes, they saw me unloading the bags but that I couldn't park there, that is to say that they were watching me, it is a total lack of respect, also how they took the car running and with the keys inside and everything, the whole car was scratched underneath and they turned on all the sensors that I had to pay another 150 dollars to have it fixed, the truth is all those people and more Mr. C with license number *******, were quite rude and admitted me In the face that he literally watched me so he could take the car and shamelessly charge me, I hope this business assumes responsibility and takes action, but the truth is, a very bad experience, they stole my money este negocio son unos estafadores y descarados, personas sin moral y sin principios, yo parquee mi carro en la calle frente al apartamento de mi mama, el carro estaba encendido y con las 4 luces de estacionamiento prendidas, me baje menos de 5 minutos para bajar unas bolsas que pesaban y recoger a mi bebe de dos años, repito fueron menos de 5 minutos y vuando sali con mi hijo en brazos ya el carro no estaba, me cobraron 200 dolares por menos de 20 minutos de que paso todo y ademas vuando llegue a buscar el carro me dicen que si que ellos me vieron bajando las bolsas pero que ahi no me podia estacionar, es decir que me estaban vigilando, es una falta de respeto total, ademas como se llevaron el carro encendido y con la llaves adentro y todo,

  These people are crooks, they literally came and stole my vehicle right out front of my home no warning no knock no nothing just hooked booked didnt say a word and took the car. I have one of the employees in video telling me to **** his **** thats the type of people they are. They are evil and crooks they are predators and will do anything to ***** you over in the slightest. They have outrageous fees this fee that fee it doesnt stop with them. Avoid them at all cost youve been warned. I feel bad if they get ahold of your vehicle somehow. They are 1 mishap away from someone putting them under with a lawsuit. This isnt a business this is a scam simply all it is. The reviews speak for them selves, Im not the only one this has happened to. I wouldnt trust them to tow anything. No regards to your property. The owner the lady is also extremely rude. So disgusting to even see places like this be able to get away with such things. Nasty business going on here they are more thieves than anything if youre asking me. I would avoid them at ALL cost.

  This company is a scam!!! They tow peoples car because they want and then demand alot of money to release the car. It's like they are playing eeny meeny miney moe and that's how they select which car to take. They are rude and have no morals whatsoever. I don't understand how they have not been investigated after so many complaints about the only cash to get your car back??? I bet it's all tax related!! These companies are doing grab and go and we are the ones that are paying the price! SCAMMERS, LIARS, UNHUMANE

  Illegally refused to submit a w9 after providing service. Shady cash only/cashiers check only service. Very very suspicious activity withe vague record keeping and shady limited info receipts.

  Place is a scam and seems pretty shady. I parked my truck, off of the pavement, in the grass/dirt of my local gym at the corner of Ehrlich and Anderson. Multiple vehicles, as well as a semi-truck with a car hauler were parked there as well. There are absolutely no signs saying "do not park here" anywhere in the parking lot. I arrived at 6:15pm and according to the invoice my truck was towed at 6:45pm. When I exited the gym at 7:30pm, no truck was to be found. I went back inside the gym and asked at the front desk if cars were being towed, and they said that they had heard of cars being towed. They gave me the number of the responsible towing company and I called Millennium and the lady informed me that they had my truck and it would require $195 for the truck to be released. I do understand rules, but why was the semi-truck with the car hauler still there??? If they can park there, why wouldn't anyone else be able to park there? Even if the car hauler had special permission, there no signs saying "No Parking". Just someone taking someone else's money with little to no effort and looking for quick buck.

  Worst towing company in Tampa! Required cash only transaction and charged me 2x-3x higher. Major red flag. Stay Away or you will regret it!
