On July 22, 2023 I purchased a Brand New Set of Kiss 12" Dolls in the original packaging as advertised for ******. I received the figures pretty quickly and packaged well. When I took the dolls out of the package they were many problems with the order. The ************************** was broken. The dolls arm was broke inside shaking around the package. There is a clear plastic window to see the dolls head and you can clearly see the arm broke and sticking sideways while looking through the plastic window. The *********************** Doll packaging was missing paint all along the side of the packaging. Clearly a factory error. The ********************* Doll was all dented in on the front of the packaging. I contacted the seller and he said he would honor the refund and sent me a return postage label. The seller received the return and only refunded me ******. The seller kept ***** of my money. I reveiewed their refund policy and they charge a 20 percent restocking fee if you change your mind and send them back. However, it states there is no restocking fee if it was the company's fault for damage. The company clearly sent me broken and damaged dolls. The broken ********************* Doll was easily noticeable that it was damaged before shipping as well as the ********************* and *********************** Dolls. The packaging they arrived in was not damaged at all so they purposely sent these figures. Now they want to keep ***** of mine to restock them. So they mail out the broken dolls to get rid of them and then charge you to return them which makes up the money for the damaged dolls they can't sell. There is some kind of scam or fraud going on here. I have emailed the company many times about my return but they will not answer me at all. Pretty poor customer service as well. I would like to get my ***** refunded to me. Can you please help me from getting ripped off from this company? I would greatly appreciate all your help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Figures Toy Company sent me a broken toy which I had to return and they refuse to reimburse for shipping:Date: 11/25/2022 Cost: ***** Shipping: ***** They state I did not follow directions for returning items, but their website offers no place for attachments, to post pics, nothing. I shipped the product back, and have proof of shipping. When I asked the rep who was returning my emails, to provide proof of this, they only sent me a link to their website. Once again no other way to contact a manager or speak to anyone else. I did what was logical and follow directions. I kept all email conversations if you need to see those, and I would suggest you do; so you can see how they are treating me/this situation. I have been a customer with them for years and it has never come to this, until now, and they absolutely refuse to work with me. They said the toy wasn't broken when it was shipped, but, when I examined the box the item was packaged in, the box was absolutely perfect, and completely sealed. No evidence of the product being harmed during shipping. The toy was in horrible condition, the action figure was facing the back of the box, not the front like the picture shows, and the shark prop it came with, the head was completely detached. I did not get this toy to play with, it was a gift for someone and I kind give them what this place sent me. I am simply asking for what is right, ...replace the toy, and reimburse me for shipping, that's all! Not asking for anything else. Instead of being a respectable business (this stuff is not cheap! )like offering solutions, they just cut me off at the arm and it's take it or leave it. Would their be a way to forward you the emails they sent me?Business response

I am rejecting this response because:1. I asked for a replacement, and with no further word from them when I had checked in on the status of the replacement, just refunded my money and responded to BBB.
2. This proves my theory that this was the final product they shipped, and were just hoping no one would say anything when it was clearly a defective product.
3. You will see from the email conversation I have uploaded for you, they kept accusing me of not following return protocol. But there is nowhere on the website that says take a picture. Not even a phone number, which I think is shady considering the prices of these toys. Everything I asked them is an the emails I have attached. They were never able to copy and paste the sections on return policies they kept mentioning and just kept sending links to their website.
4. I returned the product immediately the following day (Sunday, and like I mentioned, no phone number from these people.) I felt the longer the product sat around, the less valid my claim would be.
5. Never, ever, ever, in my entire life has a business so blatantly dismissed and wrote me off like they have and I've been ordering from them for years and have ever returned anything until now.! The sheer disrespect and utter ignorance these people displayed forces me to wonder what's going on behind the scenes there. I am just simply asking for them to be fair and what's right.
6. I'm still asking they refund the shipping of $45.64, and if they refuse, could you please re-direct me to an agency that can?
7. Even if they still refuse, they deserve a bad review. This is just ridiculous.
8. Thank you for your time and effort with this case. I tried uploading the entire email conversation w/ Figures Toy Company but not sure if I was entirely successful. If any of this does not make sense I will be more than happy to make a more successful attempt. You will clearly see what a nightmare they were.
