  I recently turned in my lease car, and was in need of a car. Like many people, I was tired of buying new and taking the significant hit in depreciation that takes place. So, this time I decided to be smart and try to find a good used car. Initially I shopped online, looking at the inventories of a lot of used car dealerships in Tampa Bay. Many looked promising, and the next step was to choose several cars to go see and test drive. I spent several days doing this, and visited many dealerships. I can say that the from the moment I contacted Auto Bay, the kindness, care, service and professionalism of Joe, Adam and Jordan was far beyond what I experienced anywhere. The car buying experience is not usually this fun. But the entire process of test driving several cars, making a selection, negotiating a deal and finalizing the paperwork, to driving off the lot was one of the very best car buying experiences I've ever had. They answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. When it came to choosing the car that I'm in now, they helped me to make the final choice by showing me the pros and cons of each of my final two choices. Even though I'd read and researched all that I could, including watching a lot of car videos, they pointed out the significant things that mattered most to me. I'm glad I had such a knowledgeable team that supported me every step of the way. If you're looking for a really good used car, for a price that won't break the bank, and a group of guys that genuinely care about pleasing their customers, go to Auto Bay on North Florida Avenue in Tampa; they'll take good care of you!

  What a waste of time of not only the on going back and forth with this dealer but the waste of 5 hard pulls on my Experian which was only suppose to be one. Thank god I can dispute them and have them removed. These people ask for way to much documentation as if I was buying a house. The only documents I was ever asked for any car i ever bought were the normal ones like, proof of address, income Etc.They were asking me for my business loan statements from my credit report. Who does that and for what? They were also accusing me because I didnt mention I had an open auto loan and it wasnt even an auto loan. It was a business loan. Goes to show how much they can read. The idiocy is astounding. They didnt even want to believe in my business bank statements which show everything. They had to ask me for business certificate and license. Am I buying a house???? And they only supposedly base you off your income, which in this case not sure what happened with that, because my business bank statements prove all of that. What a waste of my time. You cant believe everything you read or anything car salesmen tell you. Dont waste your time.
