      They took my money and sold .e a bad car made me do the run around for about a week before I even got the car and they saying no refunds after the owner told me I could get one

      This dealership called Powerhouse automotive lied to me because they took my old car that I was financing to *********** just to give me another car then they don't want to pay off the old car as they promised and I have proof of that and witnesses as well

      Purchased a vehicle on 12/09/2024 6 pm bought a 2020 **** f250 black. Two days later I returned because the transmission went bad. They offered me to put a new transmission and install four new tires. I gave my old truck as consignment vehicle on the 9th and now I am late on payments because they havent paid the truck to ***************************, this is affecting my credit and I can not af**** to make two trucks payment . I bought the truck for work and every day of not having my truck I am not making money I have been several times to the dealership and nobody can solve the issue I will need to be reimbursed for all this time I havent make money to make my payments because my truck is not ready Today is January 31st they had my truck for 42 days, 42 days that I havent been able to work. I am expecting to be compensated. I have contacted different personnel at the dealership: manager **** , sales : ******* ***** Junior, also spoke with ***** ** claimed to be the owner of the dealership, he offered me to have the truck ready by 01/30/25 but still not ready. Now I want my down payment back and all the fees and I need to be compensated for the time I wasted going to the dealership and not been able to use the work truck.

      I went to purchase vehicle and they ran my credit card for $5,200.00 without test driving it, during the purchase process I changed my mind something was odd even my banker told me to walk out of that dealership! I was told to comeback Friday the owner will be there to solve the issue. I went there 3 times and neither the Owner or the salesman attempted to talk to me and solve the issue! I reported to the police and nothing until my attorney will take it over! Very bad business practice without any agreement signed without any purchase! How can you take $5,200.00 just like that??? My husband owns dealership in ********, we dont treat our customers this way! Im left to pay the credit card company $5,199.50 without purchasing anything!How is possible??

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience at [Powerhouse Automotive], located at ****************************************. On 11/21/2024, I went to purchase a **** 350 Cargo truck. They showed me several vehicles online and told me to choose the one I wanted, and they would bring it to me. After running my credit and approving my financing, they requested a down payment of $1500.00, which I paid in cash. I received a receipt, which I have in my possession.The following week, when I called them to confirm that I had purchased insurance, as they required in order to pick up the car, they informed me that they had already sold the vehicle. I requested a refund of my down payment, but they refused to return my money. Additionally, they have blocked my phone, and I am unable to communicate with them.The person who attended to me at the dealership was ******, the owner's son, who was very disrespectful in handling my situation.I am requesting a prompt investigation into this matter and a full refund of my down payment.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,******* ******

      On September 25th, 2024, I called Powerhouse Automotive about a truck that was listed on ******** Marketplace. They assured me they had the truck. When I arrived, they said that truck had been sold, but they had another one that was similar. I did not really like the truck they showed me, but was heavily coerced into buying it. After running my credit, they said I was approved to finance a 2017 f350. I really didn't want the truck, but was pushed into going ahead with the purchase. I went to leave a couple times, and they all but physically pulled me back into the office. I finally went along with them, and I paid $5000 down with $199.50 debit card fees. I took the truck home. 1 week later, I was told the bank would not finance the truck. They came and picked up the truck, but have refused to return any of the down payment. If possible, please assist me any way you can with this.

      I approached this car dealer, looking for a car for my work, in the place they did not have any car that approached what I was looking for and the seller offered to show me on the page other options that they had, he showed me a car with very good characteristics and with the price I was looking for, he made me sign a document and asked me to make a deposit of ***** dollars to bring me the car, the days passed and the car never arrived, When I went to the dealer, the seller who later found out is the owner's son, he told me that the car could not be brought because they could not buy it so I asked him to then return my money since they were not complying with the deal and were not giving me the car because I gave a deposit, they began to deny that no that I had to choose another car, I told them that unfortunately there was no car that would fit what I was looking for, I asked them to please return my money and they refused, I had to call the police to ask for help and to leave a evidence of what was happening, The owner's son, that is, the seller, told ********** that we could stop by the next day for a check, that he boss had to sign it, I went to The next day, I waited for almost an hour and the check never arrived. I was like that for almost two weeks and they didn't care, they just ignored me and told me that the boss was not there and he had not written the check, I made a second call to the police and the police recommended that I post a review of what was happening to me on ******* a few days after doing this the owner of the dealer called me, *******, he told me that if I wanted the money back I had to delete the reviews I had posted, that if I deleted everything, he would call me and tell me when he would return the money, to which I responded no, that I was going to the dealer and that in front of him I deleted the reviews and that he gave me my money, the upset man hung up on me and repeated that I had to delete everything, days later I called him to talk to him and ask him when we could meet to delete to review them and for him to return the money, the very rude and angry man yelled at me that he was not going to return anything to me because I did not delete the reviews when He ordered me, that now he was going to play with me and that if I wanted I could *** him and that we were going to see who lost more than he had a lot of money to pay and that he did have money to pay for lawyers, it is worth clarifying that I have this whole conversation recorded, we speak in Spanish, to date the man does not answer calls, he is never at the dealer and he has not returned my money, I have been very affected because this money was what I had saved to give as a down payment to buy my car and I need someone to help me .His name is: ************************************ and I made the transfer of 3000 dollars by ***** to the email: *****************************

      I bought the truck and did not receive the title it has been over 30 days now and my temporary tag is expired so I cannot plate this truck or drive it. I have gotten the run around and multiple different stories about when I will receive the title. When I purchased the truck I was told that they were going to fix paint areas on the truck which they did after putting over 540 miles on the truck in the 6 days they had it for the paint repair, then when picking up it was supposed to also have new tires which werent done so the dealership agreed to ship them to me in ****, its been over a month of ownership now and still no tires or answers as to where they are or the title.

      On 2/16/2024 I {*******************} when to Powerhouse Automotive to buy a pickup truck, they offer me the option to buy through an online auction website , and then I decided to go with the purchase of a 2013 F150 Vin number 1ftfw1ct6dfc39088, full price $17000, to buy the truck online I would have to give them (Dealer) $3000 Cash down-payment to start the process, and IF inspection or purchase doesn't go through they would give me my $3000 (Cash) back or credit to buy another car. Online purchase was made on same day, or at least that's what they told me they said if inspection pass truck would be ready to to finish the paper work and pickup by Wednesday 2/21/24 or Thursday 2/22/24 at least, Next week they didn't call me to give me any update I decided to drive by the dealership to get an update, the Financial person ******* told me they didn't heard anything yet, that probably didn't pass inspection, to give him another day to provide me an update, next day Friday 2/23/24, no one called me, so I decided to go again one more time, then Financial person (*****) said the purchase didn't go through because didn't pass inspection, so I decided to get my down-payment of $3000 (Cash) refund and he said he didn't have check to write me one that day, to go there back on Monday around 3-4pm and check would be there for me, Monday 2/26/24 I when there 3:40Pm, he wasn't there, I ask for manager and there is no such of manager or owner to give me the face. Then Wednesday 2/28/2024 Today's date, I decided to go one more time, the financial person ******* was hiding from me, and after me waiting there for almost an hours he decided to face me and tell me that they can't give me my $3000 yet because the owner hasn't give him the check, that he forgot, and that *** take 2 or 3 Weeks, and start telling me fake excuses, I explained him by *** they must return my refund since the deal fall thought, he said I can call the police or ******* Department of agriculture and consumer, they can take as many days as it takes. This is SCAM also very weird they took down business from ****** map, and after Check BBB I Saw 15 complaints about this dealer./Also I filled a legal complained on ******* Department of agriculture and consumer report.
