I purchased a vehicle around 2018. The car was repossessed approximately 2019 due to non payment. Today I went to a car dealership to purchase a vehicle and I was told I had a repossession two years ago. I reached out to the establishment and spoke to ****. **** stated because it is a buy here pay here that they try not to report the repossession but when the irs contacts them they have to report the repossessions so they reported it two years ago. When I told **** the repo being reported two years ago is making the monthly payments higher and thats not a true statement can the company report the repo accurately **** told me that thats his concern and I should pay my bills on time and because I didnt pay my bill on time I have to suffer the consequences and he will not change anything furthermore he was trying to help me by not reporting it immediately. The information reported to the *** was not accurate.

We do not report our Buy Here Pay here accounts to any of the 3 credit bureaus, the customer was either processed thru a bank or another dealer has reported her as a repossession. WE have not sent her to the credit bureaus.

I am rejecting the decision due to falsified statements given. Despite the establishment being a buy here pay here they offer in house financing In which I utilized and the representative stated they dont report unless its outside financing m. The financing was in-house and a in accurate date was reported. I am simply asking the establishment to put the correct date of repossession.

I got a car almost two months ago (on 12/15/2022) from QLD AUTO. I put $1,000 down, I wasnt told until the day before that it needs to be $1,500 down. I told *****, the finance manager that I only had $1,000 so he said he would work with me. I kept confirming that $1,000 would get me the car because thats all I had and he said yes. I got to the company, did all the paperwork. I wasnt offered a test drive like dealerships usually offer but I just paid, got the keys and left. Before signing papers, I was told the car was inspected and cleaned. The car was completely dirty inside and out when I got it but I didnt make a fuss I just cleaned it myself. The same night I got the car it wouldnt start. I had to wait til the morning to get in contact with ***** and they had the detailed drive to my house to put in a different battery, it got the car started but it definitely wasnt a new battery. A day later the engine light came on so I went to tires plus to get it checked out and was told the car was not a good car and I needed to take it back, they also gave me a paper with details of whats wrong with it. I sent the paper to ***** and came in to have them fix it. They claim to have ordered the piece and fix it but nothing changed and the engine light came back on 20 minutes later. I told ***** once again and he said because they detailer only replace a certain amount instead of all the sensors that needed to get replaced. I have had so many issues with this car. Ive gone to four didnt mechanics and they have all told me to give this car back because it is dangerous to drive especially having kids. *** contacted *****, the finance manager ***** on multiple occasions but I either get told to stand by or I get ignored. I have gotten pulled over by the police twice for my temporary tag being expired but when I brought it to Bobbys attention nothing was done about it because I guess its not important to him. I have called and expressed my concern and mentioned over and over that I want all my money back and they can have the car but I got hung up on by the detailer. ***** has also stopped responding to my messages especially after I mentioned wanting my money back and they take the car. I found out today (2/6/2023) at a mechanic shop (different tires plus location) that Ive been driving around for almost two months with no oil in the car, it was bone dry and the car never alerted me of it. But I was told before I put money into this car that it was inspected and good to go. I finally got in contact with ***** because I kept texting his phone and he called me with an attitude and denied giving me my money back and told me theres nothing wrong with the car and I can bring it back and h*** report it as a repo on my credit. On the phone call he stated that I can come in the next day to have the car looked at but I didnt go. The same night, last night (02/07/2023) my car was repoed. I called him twice and he didnt answer so I text him and he said it was repoed because I was behind on a deferred payment (which is the $500 mentioned in the beginning). The deferred payment was suppose to be due with my first payment on (01/15/2023) but when I called just make the car payment , the deferred payment was never mentioned to me and no calls or texts were made to me for 3 weeks after my first payment to remind me of the deferred payment or ask me when Ill make it or set up a payment plan. Therefore continuing on, I never came in that day he told me I could come in but I also never told him I would come in that day even thought he swears I did. We continuing messaging and he told me I needed to make deferred payment and pay a $250 repo fee to get the car back and it had to be all cash (which Ive never paid them cash before, EVER!) before 2/14 because then I have a $475 payment due 2/15. I never replied to the text but then 3 hours later I get another text from ***** stating that if I want the vehicle back that I need to pay it off full because they are refusing to re finance me as a customer. Im not sure what changed in 3 hours especially when I didnt reply to the message about paying the payment and fee. I never got any texts or calls until I started complaining about all the issues I was having with the vehicle and then me asking for my money back in exchange for the vehicle (like all the mechanics kept telling me to do) thats what made him mad and he did what he did out of anger. This company is very shady. It shouldnt take over two months to get a tag or at least a renewed temp tag plus the car was never inspected like they stated and has all these dangerous issues with it. He states there is a private investor that invested in the car for me and Im supposedly paying that person back but when I asked to get in contact with this private investor my request was yet again denied and I was told he (*****) handles my account and works for the private investor and makes all the choices for the business. Now my vehicle has been repoed leaving me and my two children stranded with no transportation which now puts my job that provides for me and my kids in jeopardy and I also cant get my children to school. They are wrong and they know it, especially this finance manager *****.

Ms ***************************** bought a 2007 GMC YUKON with the vin number 1GKF13027J381459 on 12/15/2023 she agreed to the following terms as stated in the retail installment contract at ***** Percent APR 36 months ****** first payment due on 1/15/23 , she put a total of **** down with a pick up payment of 500 due on 1/15/2023 which is her first payment as well and she agreed to these terms and stated it was alright for her to make everything at once, when the 15th came along, she only made a $450.00 payment which is not even her full car payment and she didn't state anything after that, after 20 days past due we have sent her car out for repossession for behind on her payment of 500 plus the ***** she was already behind from her car payment, we are not going to give a refund on this as it is not the dealership fault and the customer defaulted on her retail sales agreement contract signed on 12/15/2023

My husband ****** just bought me an SUV from QLDAuto in July. It is now august and my transmission has already blown!! Mind you we haven't even made our first payment on the car yet. It's a 2012 GMC Acadia with 91k miles on it. When we purchased it the tires were bald, the oil was low and black and it was also low on antifreeze. The warranty company which we purchased through the dealer is giving us a hard time with covering the tramission they only want to cover certain parts. Highly upsetting to barely have a vehicle that you paid 16K for a month and already have to pay 6K for a transmission. I really suspect the miles have been rolled back on the vehicle as well... would not recommend this dealer to anybody. I wish I could bring the suv back and wipe my hands clean of it all.

When the customer purchased the vehicle, we provided for free a 3 month **** mile power train warranty. The milage at the time of purchase is correct and has not been tampered with as the mileage is certified at the auction at the time we purchased the vehicle.

I bought my car from QLD Auto and about two weeks later I started getting knocking noises but it would go in and out. A month after that my a/c compressor and a/c clutch went out. QLD told me that it's passed the date of their warranty but that they wouldn't charge me to install the part if I were to buy it which took 2 months to do. I was without a car for almost 2 months and I only had owned the car for a little less than 2 months before I had to take it in to get fixed. They took almost two months just finding the part and getting around to installing it. After they finished they called me to let me know the car is ready. Once I received the car I noticed the a/c on and blowing but the air wasn't cold. The mechanic and other employee assured me that it'll take a while to get cold because they just charged the ac and that it should be good to go. I figured it should be true since it wasn't making that noise it was before the ac compressor went out. I noticed almost we immediately how hot it starting getting in the car and had to turn around and bring it back to them. When I got back to QLD Auto the mechanic immediately went to look at my car and I got out to look with him. But to my surprised he had put a 20 amp fuse when on the panel it shows it requires a 7.5 amp. Afterward I saw him pull that 20 amp fuse and it blew. Every fuse he put in after was blowing up then finally he put the tester fuse and saw that it wasn't blowing up and he left it connected and told me to drive it like that. That my ac should turn work now. I don't know what happened but my ac did work for 10-15 seconds and shut off. They told me they must have put in the wrong clutch and that should be the issue. They sent me on my way with my car and told me that they would find the part and let me know. I decided to take it to Honda and they found that the wiring harness was damaged and told me it's not wear and tear damage. That the previous mechanic must have connected the wiring incorrectly.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/16) */ Hello Mr: ****** We sold you the 2012 Honda Civic back on 12/17/2021 All the paperwork you singed indicated car sold AS IS And you were happy and satisfied with it You called us after almost over two months later you said you having an issue with the AIR CONDITION, and you took it to your Owen mechanic Our answer was we will take a look and will see how we can help You towed the car to us after your mechanic took all air condition a part and I am sure whatever you mentioned about the fuse and voltage number that was happed at your own mechanic Thank You Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My own mechanic didn't do anything because QLD offered to put in the parts the car needed without labor fee since the car was recently purchased and that's the best they can do for me is what they said. That being said their mechanic was the was who put the wrong fuse in and even admitted it to me and said he only put it in because the 7.5 amp kept blowing up. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have proper certification. After receiving the car from them I decided to take it to Honda and they're the ones who told me that something had to have been connected incorrectly and that I should take it back to QLD since they were the only ones to ever work on my car because let's face it, who would pass up the offer to get work done without labor fees. This isn't something I did to the car myself. I'm the one suffering in Florida without any A/C. My car's a/c ran perfectly before the compressor went out, so that means the wire was working perfectly. I then leave it with QLD to fix it and they replace the compressor but the a/c wouldn't work. They knew it wasn't working still and told me to just come back and they would order another part because that might be the issue. I instead took it to Honda because I figured they would know their car better than QLD. That's when I got told about the cars wiring harness being burnt and I asked is that something that could happen with the compressor goes out and they said no that someone must have connected something wrong and that it wouldn't be something I did, that I need to take my car back to QLD since they were the ones who worked on it. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/28) */ The customer has apparently been contacting his insurance company, claiming the damage to his car was caused by a lightning strike over the last month. His insurance company's fraud division contacted us last week asking what repairs we did to the car when it was towed to us in March of this year. WE explained what we repaired and the customer is also claiming that the same part was struck by lightning. at this time I would refer the customer back to his insurance company for any repairs needed to his car. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2022/08/10) */ I didn't claim any specific damage to the car and I actually told geico that I believed it was done by QLD. They said there's nothing they can do if a mechanic damaged the car. I'm done with this either way. I traded my car for something better. QLD either sold me a car with the wiring harness messed up or they messed it up. They can claim whatever they want. I now know to never in my life go to an auto dealership like QLD. They just buy cars from auction at a low price, get it fixed up by their mechanic that puts in the wrong fuse which I saw for myself and he also admitted. At the end of the day it's my fault for going to a dealership that sells as is & thinking I was going to walk away with a car with zero issues. I definitely learned my lesson
