We contracted with Florida Secure in May of 2022. After multiple conversations with Johan/John (owner), and no progress, I contacted his business partner and his ex-business partner, with John copied. He finally replied to me and let me know that he wouldn't be able to do the contracted work and asked me to be patient while he worked on paying back my deposit. Since then, he has changed his number and doesn't return calls from his business number.

Ordered windows for a house I owned on July 13, 2022. On October 6, 2022 all but one window was installed. Some of them did not have the sealing because they were out if it. One window that was not installed was to Be put in rush status as I was selling the house. As of today January 10, 2023 I have not gotten my additional window and all three phone numbers to contact have been disconnected. Luckily I withheld part of the money but they won't pass inspection without the seals

Yohan J., AKA John is the salesman for this company. I initially signed my contract in November 2021 and it is now August 2022 and my project has not been completed yet. The permit was given months after it was initially discovered that John was supposed to do it and never did. After the permit, now they say they are going to complete the job 3 to 6 months from now when John told me it was going to be done in 2 weeks after the permit. This man is unreliable, makes promises that he does not keep, and is a true fraud. He needs to have his license revoked.

It's unfortunate and we apologize for the emotions your feeling *****. Somethings we can't control in this times.

This customer has changed her plans multiple time and wanted no permit for the structural construction that was needed. We have made clear that permit was needed and the process took longer than it should.

We offered a refund and she wanted us to keep going.

It's funny how she still wants us to finish the work and leaves this review. I'm sure she trust our Workmanship. And we have done good work by her. Only things we can't control at the moment was time due to delays from manufacturer and sub contractors timelines.

Thank you for your trust to hate us but keep us! We will still do the right thing and pull permits and provide good quality work for your home.

The only reason I continue working with them for this project is because their fees to discontinue the contract was ridiculous. As well, they guaranteed the doors I'm selling will have no damage because they were the ones who installed them. Furthermore, as a contractor, you should tell the client you won't do the project w/o a permit instead of stating a permit isn't needed. I just followed your lead because you're suppose to be the expert. Lastly, even if I changed the plans multiple times, the final draft still exceeded the required 30 days to submit for permit according to Florida statutes. Once this project is done, I'll never hire John again for any further projects. He is a salesperson who lies to get the deal done. Says he is going to send over things and doesn't till you ask numerous times and lies about deadlines. The permit wasn't approved because of paperwork they didn't submit properly. Not because of the city-I personally spoke with the permit department enough times to know who was in the fault for that.
