    ******** **** is the property manager for Ok Riverside LLC, an apartment complex in **************, *******. I lived there for two years in a ***** infested unit. They never gave me replacement air filters, even after going into the office to ask for one. I was told that maintenance would come and check out my unit prior to getting an air filter. Then any emails that you send to ******** or anyone who works in that office, good luck getting any answer! They will NOT communicate via email, which is very strange. I moved out December 31, 2024 and they charged me rent for January then seemingly used my security deposit to pay themselves. No itemized list was provided for what my deposit was used for so that will be fun to try to get out of ********. She did NOT do my walkthrough then said she would be on vacation when my lease ended so how did she plan on doing her job? ******** should be investigated for fraud and theft and replaced by someone who knows what they are doing.

    Exactly circumstances from previous complaints same issues circumstances on property and continued ignorance of entire staff and they use local law enforcement too back every move unjustified or not and every effort on tenants part are ignored especially ************************* who is as incompetent as any manager I have encountered for 5 years and over that period there's more Manager's staff turnover than that . They hide when there's any issue and one veteran that I have personal knowledge of, blew his brain's out in his bathtub and know one knew for 3 week's and maintenance supervisor lived next door!!! All general complaints are same but they are never resolved. I made that my home for 5yesrs never missed one single payment 60 straight and never late they dishonored a veteran and made me feel cheap and never admit any responsibility or error by never contacting tenants or saying it was other staff no longer working there. Would be interested in contact with prior tenants for class action because nothing has ever been resolved with these people or different management and individual reviews or complaints are never heard or just plain ignored.

    I received a final account statement from Riverside Apartments signed by Jennifer L. It is dated 05/25/2022. The letter states I owe thousands of dollars. The letter states my move out reason was evicted for non-payment of rent. I was not evicted. I was not evicted for non-payment of rent. The letter also states I moved out on May/25/2022. I moved out on April 30th, 2022. I already had problems with them not doing what they should. My family was attacked and harrassed at Riverside apartments. Just because we didn't want a ball being thrown at the side of the apartment. I sent them a lot of videos showing them the evidence. They did nothing besides when I sent the emails they said they would look into it. They obviously, never did. That is the last they contacted me about it. They did, however, send me an eviction letter because my window got broken from the people harassing us. The letter shocked me. I sent all this proof and my family was blamed. I was waiting for a letter to go to court. I have all this evidence. I didn't get one so I asked if we could sign a mutual termination agreement. We both signed it and agreed for me to move out on April 30th, 2022. I am the one who wanted to move because I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. They failed an inspection twice due to the air conditioner not working. The payment for rent beginning in December of 2021 was stopped by the Housing Authority. I got paperwork to move. I decided to stay there because I was told they would fix the air conditioner. We had to do a new lease because it was required. Jennifer wasn't sending the required paperwork and I was told by Riverside not to worry about it because the mistakes were on their part not mine. I have evidence that my balance was $0. I owed nothing to them. Their system was down April of 2022. Before that it showed $0 for the balance once I paid what I was supposed to. I was even saying how it is crazy they are making the owners lose money.
