  On Oct 20th 2023 I had ***** from Just dump it pro llc respond to my request for assitance on AllPro.com. He and another man arrived an hour later and surveyed the support beam on my porch that had rotted and is no longer offering support. After discussing details and telling us exactly what he wanted to do to replace it (while messaging and calling other people in between explanation) he stated that he would do the job for $650 total and asked me to sign a contract and give him half down as a deposit. I explained I would need to speak with my mother whom is also a clowned in the house and was present during this, before commuting. Prior to his departure my mother agreed to hire him even though we were hesitant about the down payment for the job but assuming the initial reviews we had found were true (they were all 5 star and I should have been suspicious but we were worried about our home and safety which we had expressed to *****). My mother signed the contract and he said she could **** him the money and per the contract he would arrive at 10am to complete the replacement. After no showing and not answering or returning calls, my mother checked her bank account and found she accidentally sent the full price to him. We both made several attempts to contact him at both his listed numbers and than found the reviews showing hes done this to older women several times. One of my associates got through on the phone but when they found out it was me calling, they put me on hold after trying to say ***** wasnt there (male voice on the background yelling nasty things) and never returned to the call. Cant leave voicemails on one of the number and several people are attempting to contact. We contact bank immediately but they arent sure if they can retrieve the funds.
