Long time customer of ********************. Purchaser of their "Equalizer" shoulder carry holsters. The company's product has a design flaw which allows the magazines in the magazine carrier to work their way loose and literally fall to the ground. Their design doesn't have positive retention with the magazine carrier such as a snap closure or velcro it implements kydex material which "pinches" the magazine for retention which could be fine however because their design width of the magazine carrier is so narrow, it leaves almost half the loaded magazine out of the carrier and under normal wear, the magazines will work themselves loose and fall to the ground. This is a result of what appears a cost cutting measure. When the issue was brought to the company they simply stated it was designed this way and only offered a discount on coffee they were peddling. They weren't interested in a design change to add about 1/2-3/4 of an inch of additional kydex with material which would I believe retain the magazines under normal routine wear. Instead they insisted their design was "Flawless" and offered nothing to help with their product failure. I am left to modify their design for positive magazine retention or discard the product. High Noon was obtuse in their response insisting there isn't an issue with their flawless product and offered no support other than a discount on coffee, which doesn't help with their product failure. Thus I can no longer recommend High Noon for this or any other product as they appear only interested in telling themselves how great their product is not listening to customer feedback and response and taking any initiative to help. Product and company failure. High Noon may respond however they wish but still doesn't address the obvious design flaw and failure of their product and their lack of effort to help a former customer that's done a lot of business and formerly recommended their company regularly.
