I need to cancel my subscription to Reveiller Skin Creme and they don't give any contact info on their website and the phone number on the product label is so small I could barely see it with a magnifying glass. The phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. There are 2 other numbers on my credit card statement. The charges are listed as BETTER-WELLNESS-AND-HE XXX-XXXXXXX out of Arizona and BEAUTIFULSKINSTORE.CLU XXX-XXXXXXX also of Arizona. I did call and chose the option to cancel the subscription and was disconnected after being on hold for about 20 minutes. On my credit card statement I continue to be charged $109.47 three times a month, once from BEAUTIFULSKINSTORE and twice from BETTER-WELLNESS-AND-HE for the three products every month and I want them to stop sending them and stop charging me. I have read several complaints against this company in this regard on the BBB website and believe this company is scamming me to continue a subscription indefinitely. I can no longer afford these products every month- over $300 per month and I just want it to stop!

Consumer Response /* (2000, 5, 2022/07/15) */ This email is just to inform you that I was finally able to get through to the Reveiller Skin Cream company and cancel my subscription. They said they would send an email confirming cancellation so I'm now watching for that. I will also be checking my credit card statement to make sure they stop charging me. Once I receive their email and make sure they have stopped sending the products, and they stop charging me, I will no longer persue the case. Thank you so much for your assistance and attention to the matter. I think it was helpful. I will retain the case number and follow up with you by email if there is any further problem with them. Thank you,

Reveiller Cream was advertised as a trial and I paid them $109.47 in March 2022 and since that time the company has taken 2 more payments of $109.47 on April 12, 2022 and May 16, 2022. This is a SCAM and I ask that this be stopped and no more money is taken from my bank account. I would like my money back if possible. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I ordered Reveiller hydrating crème and tightening cream that I was only to pay for shipping charges. I got billed $109.47. I called them up and told them I never received any other products after the ones I paid for the shipping fees. The person I spoke to told me that they were backordered on the products I then told them I didn't want them he said he would credit me $54.73 which I received but why didn't I the full refund. When I called back he said that was what I agreed to but I didn't realize that it was only a partial refund. He raised he voice to me and I hung up on him. This company is a total SCAM.

I ordered TRIAL samples from Re'veiller and I NEED to cancel this crappy scam product! There is no way to contact them(it comes back URL not available), call and no way to get a response. This was originally "posted" as a Savannah Guthrie product and so I believed it. It was FALSE ADVERTISING AND A SCAM! I want my money back and for this to STOP! Thank you!

Since January 2022 I have been charged monthly on my Mastercard for face creams that I did not order. This is a scam. I took advantage of a FREE trial of face cream and it was only to be a one time deal. But I have been charged monthly 109 dollars and 6 dollars....I called Mastercard and disputed the charges. I did receive product in January, but nothing since then, until today. BUT I DID NOT ORDER THIS. IT IS A SCAM. Reveiller Cream and C Serum.

I had the same experience as others who have posted about this fraudulent company. It is advertised as trial samples with no language regarding a 14 day trial. I received an email months after placing my order for the trial samples which I had received back in January I am now being charged upwards of $200 to $300 for products that I did not want nor did I authorize. When I spoke with a representative, who was extraordinarily rude, he told me that it is clearly outlined on the website of which I cannot find nor did I agree to. I want a refund. In addition, the website makes claims that it is related to a celebrity representative which is not accurate.

I purchased what I thought was a trial sample of Reveiller Skincare wrinkle cream. No where did it mention I would be enrolled in a subscription and be billed $109.47 per month. My credit card was billed 3 times for the facial serum "trial" (they added vials of Vit C and retinol which came up as pop-ups on website). The 3 charges were listed as Online Health Club $6.78, Better Health Wellness x 2 $6.76 each. No information came with the product regarding the need to cancel the subscription or I would be charged. I then received a charge of $109.47 from a company Hi Tech Gadgets???? I called the number listed and was told it was for the vials I didn't return and that I would need to return the vials to cancel my subscription. I called the number listed 866-686-8803 The Health & Beauty Club after I returned the vials as my email instructed and inquired why my credit card was not credited (the email stated it would take 5 days for the refund to appear). Was told this was not a refundable charge.

I signed up for a "free" trial where I paid for shipping only <$10.00. A week or so after receiving the trial product, my credit card was automatically charged $100+. I called to determine what had happened and was told I was automatically enrolled to receive product. To reverse that, I was instructed to return 2 of the 3 trial size bottles I received, which I did, and have confirmation of, within days. Despite following the procedure, I have been declined a refund for the full priced product that was charged as part of the automatic enrollment. To add insult to injury, I also never received the full price product. This is a TOTAL scam and I hope you will put a stop to it.

I ordered a sample trial of a skin cream from Reveiller Anti Aging Cream on reveillerskincare.com on January 23, 2022. On checkout they offered two other samples, an anti-aging serum and vitamin C serum for approximately the same cost of $6.76 to cover shipping and handling. Three different vendors handle each of the three products (Beauty Skin Store, Online Health Club, and Better Health Wellness). On February 16th, I received an alert from my **** ************ credit card indicating that a charge of $109.47 had been submitted from BETTER HEALT. I called ******** and was told that the charge came from BHW that had processed a charge of $6.76 on January 23, 2022. I placed a "dispute" on the charge. On February 17th I called BHW and spoke to Ray who informed me that the Sample Trial was actually enrollment in a subscription service and after 14 days I would be billed $109.47 in payment of each sample I received. Although there is a link to "Terms and Conditions" on the site, it was not stated during the ordering process. On the call I cancelled all further shipments and he would not guarantee that would be done until the two remaining products were returned. The terms and conditions on the website stated that:"For all ********** transactions ONLY, within 2 Days, you will receive an email requiring your response to activate the monthly auto-ship program. ... you are required to consent to the monthly auto-ship program in order to receive additional Reveiller Anti Aging Cream..." I never received an email asking for a response and I never agreed to a monthly auto-ship program. Ray indicated on our call that "sometimes people make mistakes." UPS said the address I was given for Returns Reveiller was invalid (I used UPS' confirmed address for my return), an email ([email protected]) came back undeliverable, and now the website is unreachable (404 Error).I don't know if this is legal, but it is certainly a deceptive business practice.

I thought I was ordering the trial version of the products as that is what it showed on the site, but now they are saying it was a full product with a 14 day trial. I would have cancelled had I known my credit card was going to be charged for the products at $109.47 each! I did not know the terms until I called and spoke to a rep. I didn't even understand the charge as it says Online Health Club on my credit card. I now owe over $200 for what was considered a Trial product. The company is also very misleading in the product name, the company purchased from and the billing name...They are Reveiller Skin Care and billing names are Beauty Health and Wellness, Beauty Skin Store and ONLINE HEALTH CLUB, which were only disclosed after they shipped the items (screen shot attached). The "trials" I thought I ordered were in January and I received an email on January 25 that my shipment was on the way. Which was the only email I received and I should have know something was wrong. They also advertise that Savannah Guthrie, a NBC News correspondent left the show to start this skin care line! Absolutely on the line of fraud and criminal. I would like a refund of the $109.47 from Feb 16, $109.47 from Feb 28 plus the 3 "trials" $6.78, $6.76, and $6.67 all from Jan 23. Please, any advice you can provide will be very much appreciated. They need to stop advertising this "free trial", be transparent about the subscription costs and fraudulently using a celebrity name that is not true! This has been going on for a while since I recently searched for Savannah Guthrie as I wanted to send her an email about this.
