      I thought I was ordering the trial version of 1 product, but it was very misleading and shady that you were entering into a subscription for the products. When you sign up for one trial, it automatically made you sign up for 2 other trials which showed 3 different charges for around $6-8 each from three different companies on my credit card...very strange. I then got a charge for $109.47 and called the company to have it cancelled. The only way I could find out how to call is through BBB website as there is no info on packaging or the email. Again, very shady. They informed me that 2 more charges for $109.47 were coming for the other two products. they gave me 2 options - cancel immediately for another $50 or send the other 2 trial products back. I opted to send the products back as I didn't want to be out any more money after spending $109.47 and never getting anything. I have been on phone multiple times and now they won't answer my calls to confirm cancellation. I also think it is very weird and gross they want samples back....do they use them again for other customers? Completely shady business and a scam. Please stop this business from doing this to other customers!

      I thought I was ordering a trial size cosmetic cream for a small fee of $6.78. At checkout they asked me several add'l questions to trick me into ordering 2 more trial size cosmetic creams. THEN only to find out 14 days later I was being charged $109.47 for EACH trial bottle b/c supposedly I was under some sort of subscription. There was NO subscription terms anywhere on this site when I ordered! I didn't get an email afterward describing what I just entered into and that I needed to cancel w/in 14 days. I would have cancelled!!!! The charges are weird and come through from multiple online 'companies' and when/if you find a phone number to actually get ahold of someone they are rude and blame it all on me and that I did indeed sign up for this! I can 100% tell you I would NOT have bought this if I had known. This is a scam period! I cancelled my card after the first charge b/c I couldn't even figure out what this charge was for! It isn't even the same charge as the original trial size bottle so it's incredibly misleading. This is a complete scam! I requested a refund and they flat out denied it and then said my account was being put on hold until I send the trials back (I have to pay for this). Unreal!

      I purchased Reveiller Skin Creme from Better Health. I paid $6.96 for a sample jar (picture enclosed). Today, Feb. 18, I received my credit card today and received a charge of $104.97 from Better Health. I phoned and was told I didn't reply within the 14 day period to cancel this order. I did not know ANYTHING about this trial. I informed the person I talked to that I wanted an email stating I have been cancelled as of this date, Feb. 18, 2022. I feel Better Health should return my charge of $104.97.

      This Better Health company has several identities which are Better Health
      Online Health
      And
      Reveiller Hydrating Creme.
      Many consumers have stated the same fact(s).
      When $109.47 was deducted from my checking acct, the companies name was Better Health.
      I phoned 3 times to Arizona to get them to email me with a cancellation for the product. They did not cooperate.

      Your company responded to BBB, that you never had any record of MY name. Yet, a company by the name of ONLINE HEALTH knew me well enough to draw $6.76 from my checking account. That was for the shipping cost of REVEILLER SKIN CREME which I received. No one had a problem finding me then. Later, a company by the name of BETTER HEALTH knew me well enough to withdraw $109.47 from my checking account for False reasons. Better Health certainly seemed to know my name then as well. A cancellation email to me was from DIAL CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS. The email was signed by NATURAL NUTRITION.
      All these five (5) companies CLAIM they have NO record of me. Total fraud. I want my $109.47 REFUNDED.

      Notice that the companies noted were:
      Reveiller Skin Creme (skin creme)
      Better Health (checking acct)
      Natural Nutrition (email)
      And Online Health was on a deduction from my checking account for $6.76 for shipping. I have no issue with this charge. It was for shipping.
      I ordered the skin creme through a TV ad.

      As of this date, March 18, 2022, I have contacted my bank, The Attorney Generals Office, Federal Trade Commission and this agency, the Better Business Bureau. I am still owed $109.47. Why are these fraudulent companies allowed to ripoff citizens of the USA ?
      Again, if these hackers are able to deduct monies from a banking account, then why can't they be found?

      I thought I was ordering the trial version of the products, but unbeknownst to me I was entering in a subscription that I was unaware of the terms. I would DEFINITELY have cancelled had I known my credit card was going to be charged for the products at $109.47! The terms are hidden on the site I looked all over the place (must cancel within 14 days or you are charged). I did not know the terms until I called and spoke with very rude, unprofessional representatives who were difficult to understand. The company is also very misleading in all of its interactions example, my credit card lists THREE different companyies, different phone numbers, all allegedly from Arizona. They are BEAUTY SKIN STORE, XXX XXX XXXX, ONLINE HEALTH CLUB, The "trials" I thought I was receiving were ordered on 1/24 and 25, 2022. I thought they were trials but the rude representative said "I knew they were full sized." Then on February 9, my credit card was charged $109.47 by ONLINE HEALTH CLUB. Again, February 10 I was charged $109.47 from the BEAUTY SKIN STORE. Deliberately confusing and misleading to the customer, and I consider myself quite savvy about being safe shopping online. I have an earned doctorate and cannot believe I was scammed by this company! I would like a refund of the $109.47 plus the 3 "trials" $6.78, $6.76, and $6.67. Please, any advice you can provide will be very much appreciated. They need to stop advertising this "free trial" and be transparent about the subscription costs and timeline for cancellation!

      I tried a trial of this make up and did not know anything about a subscription. This was totally hidden. Now they have charged my bank account twice and I have changed my debit card. I called them to no avail.

      I called to get a free sample of their face cream. They also sent a free sample of tightening cream(without me requesting it). I was supposed to pay a shipping charge. There were 2 shipping charges. I called to ask about the 2 charges and was told I am now being charged $109.47 for a free product! It is past the 14 day trial period that I knew nothing about. Apparently I was supposed to send this back after using it. I am very upset and hope no one else is taken by this scam.

      I was told these were trial versions and then they've tried to charge my card three times for 89.47 which was marked as fraudulent by my bank. The company is claiming I still owe them full price. When I go to the website they give me this is what comes up in the attachment accompanying this thank you very much **************
