    TRT Nation is testosterone replacement therapy clinic that has neglected to have my blood work done in over a year and a half when the *** standards suggest that you should have your blood work done every six months and then went on to write a comment on a review that I left them saying that they Did no wrong, when three months ago, they wrote me a prescription for my testosterone without having to see bloodwork and sent me a message saying that I can get it done the next time. After they took my $250 payment and wanted more money to get the blood work done they pick and choose who they have follow the *** guidelines and that is wrong as a business and as a person. And then try to make me seem like Im the bad guy by discharging me as a patient for bringing it to the publics attention.

    I gave this company $250 on January 30th to start a testosterone replacement therapy program. They have not called me to schedule my first consultation despite many messages sent to them. I have since requested a refund of my money several time which they have ignored.

    Was told to pay $375 up from for 2.5 months worth of meds. Come to find out you only get 1 month, not as advertised. I call up, and am cussed out and hung up on. Now I need to dispute this fraudulent charge. Very disappointing.

    To whom it may concern:

    On January 12, 2023, Zachary D**** purchased a 2 month supply of prescription medication online using our website. Prior to receiving the medication or any type of medical consultation or testing, Zachary called our office the following day and complained about the order.

    Zachary used profanities and was very rude to the staff professionals... the phone call ended quickly.

    Zachary stated that this was a fraudulent charge. Zachary’s order was canceled the same day that he called the office and was refunded the full amount on January 13, 2023, see attached refund receipt.

    TRT Nation has been in business for 4 years, with over 15,000 satisfied patients and a 5 star rating. We provide excellent services to all our customers and strive for perfection.

    This is a clear misunderstanding of an uninformed customer, stating deception and misrepresentation.
