    I have been living at this property since March of 2020. I would not recommend anyone to live here at this property. I have been through so much here. Starting with me reporting a roof leak. Then them not coming to repair the leak. The roof ended up splitting in half and falling in on me and sent me to the *** I told them i would be getting a lawyer. They then went on the portal and deleted all of my work orders regarding the roof leak. They tried to make it seem like the roof incident happened because of the hurricane. When i had been reporting to them months before the hurricane season. Then i finally moved when my lease ended 2/28/23. I never received my security deposit after being told the check was cut out many times and i never received it. It is now 6/12/23. I have been contacting them for three months and need some answers about my security deposit refund check. They wont even allow me to come pick it up.

    To whom it may concern,

    The complaint about the ceiling falling and her reporting it to us was actually never reported. Once reported by resident we took immediate action to get the issue resolved. The reason why the resident moved out was because she has a physical altercation with a roommate and once, she provided documents we decided to help and let her out of her lease without an early termination. The she was cut and was sent out to the address provided by the resident on 4/6/2023
