BBB received copies of the business contracts, and found they fraudulently claim that they are affiliated and work closely with BBB and CFPB. BBB is unable to verify the business is affiliated with CFPB as stated in their contracts.

    1). The website, https://capital1fin.com/, was created on August 14, 2021. To date, the web browser gives a "privacy Error" alert and will not let you proceed to view the website contents.

    2). The website, https://1stcapitalfinances.com/, was created on November 16, 2021. BBB found that the business displays the BBB logo throughout their website, even though they are NOT a BBB Accredited business.

    3). The phone number, 888 509-8001, is not in service.

    4). BBB received bounceback from the email address, [email protected].

    5). BBB received mail returned as undeliverable from 12802 Tampa Oaks Blvd, Temple Terrace, FL. BBB found that this is an office building but cannot verify that the business is actually registered to that address.

    6). BBB found that Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations does not have a listing for this business.
