    We reserved a room with Comfort Inn through their rewards program ****** *********** on Saturday morning September 3rd for that night as we were going to the area looking at houses to buy. Upon checking in at 3pm we went to room to drop off bags and make list of houses to see that day. We were in the room less than an hour and left. We returned at 7pm and that is the first time we went into the bathroom, turned on the light and saw the bathtub/shower. IT WAS DISGUSTINGLY permanently stained and absolutely gross. I took several pictures. Both my wife and I used the toilet which was loose from the floor and rocked. We immediately gathered our bags and went to front desk as we are never going to stay or use such filthy facilities. We went to front desk and as worker was with other people we left keys and told him we were leaving immediately because of the bathroom disgusting situation. We left. I contacted ****** *********** and told them the situation and they offered us points but no reimbursement. Called hotel next morning and told person who answered what happened and asked to speak to the Manager. This person said the Manager would not be back for 7 to 10 days. I was told they would pass on our complaint then. The next day I received an email from someone named Codi who used survellence system to confirm our times stated of coming and goings but claimed since we did not wait for the front desk person to help us they are refusing to reimburse us for the charge. This is not only ridiculous but is obviously trying to dupe others into booking this room when it is obviously not clean in appearance or otherwise and should not have been rented to anyone until tub/shower replaced and toilet reattached to floor. They should be embarrassed and apolagetic and instead they are business as usual for them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Please help us stop this kind of take advantage business they are doing there. Thank you.
