They did the job on Tuesday, November 2nd . On November 3rd, we received the following text message from the office receptionist, Brittany: "Thank you for choosing the GREEN TIGER. I hope that you are more than pleased with our service. If not, let us know how we can better serve you. If so, please leave us a review."
On Thursday, November 11th, we saw that a lot of grass in the backyard near the three downspouts was brown and almost destroyed because of the chlorine they used to wash the roof. If they had used any type of tarp, this would not have happened. Secondly, we also noticed that the top layer of our expensive bushes was destroyed because of the carelessness of their workers. They did not spray water on those bushes before cleaning the roof. One of the two workers was quite new; this was his first day on the job. Obviously, he was not trained.
We wrote to them by text about this and also sent them some photos of the destroyed grass and the bushes. To this, their receptionist Brittany said that they were sorry but if we waited for 2-3 weeks, things will improve. We agreed to wait until Saturday, November 20th.
On Saturday, November 20th, we sent them another message by text saying that the condition of the affected grass and the bushes had not improved at all. In reply to that, the receptionist Brittany replied that Michael, the owner, will come on Tuesday, November 23rd to rectify the situation.
The appointment was made for 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 23rd. Michael did not turn up at that time so we called and ******** said he was tied up at another job but he would call us and come later that day. We waited the whole day but Michael did not call us and did not turn up. Then we decided to drop the matter and rectify the problem ourselves. So much for the service and customer care by Green Tiger Soft Wash Co.!
I will never recommend this company to anyone!
