    On March 1, 2024, I went to Top Shelf car wash ********** fl because Ive had a monthly membership. Before entering the bay, **** broke my antenna cover, he said he snapped it back on, however; while driving through the wash it came off again. He stopped me at the vacuum station to advise me of the incident. He went back into the bay to retrieve the part, of course it was broken because another car was behind me. All the electrical parts were exposed and wet, I spoke to **** who advised the manager was not on site, but he would let him know what happened. The following week, my husband and I went to the faculty and spoke to the manager, *******, who assured us that he would replace and install the part. In the meantime, we covered and did not drive the vehicle, except 4 time when we drove it back to the car wash, to ensure the electrical parts did get any addition damages. For nearly 2 months, Top Shelf gave me the run around. They eventually ordered a replacement part for the incorrect year vehicle. On April 29th we were told that ******* had decided not to install the part, nor pay to have it installed. To date, my hasnt been repaired. Its a sad day when managers lack integrity and will not uphold their word. Ive been a customer for several years and not a complainer but, this situation calls for submitting a complaint. Customer beware! This company would prefer to lose a customer than to do the be professional and do right by their customer. My car had absolutely no damages on March 1, 2024. A very disappointed customer.

    This is a very shady business with dishonest practices. I was going to sign up for a car wash subscription canceled it after they swiped my card because I did not want a sticker on my windshield. I never used the car wash and to get a refund was forced to dispute the charge. No paperwork was ever exchanged. This company was billing me for a subscription for seven months, even though I never used their car wash one time shame on me for missing it. This business never answers their phone and does not have their voicemail set up. Was told I would get a call when I stopped at the business to attempt to remedy the situation but still never have received a response except once I left a review. Again it was immediately cancelled. They replied trying to say the blame was on me and I signed a contract. I cancelled and never went through the car wash and no paperwork was ever exchanged. Like other people I was not charged until a month was skipped. They showed my contract as expired but that only happened after I changed my credit card number
