    I walked into the UPS store and sent two packages one being my wedding ring that happened to go missing. It was never scanned out of the store and it was advised to the employee it was a wedding ring however she failed to ask what I wanted it insured at. Three weeks go by before UPS let's me file a claim. I call and email multiple times no follow ups or updates. Anglea the manager let me know on April 7th and April 18th the documents had been sent or so she said so I'm not sure why when I called today 05/17 they advised me my claim was voided because UPS the store failed to provide the documents they needed. How does my ring never get scanned out then how is it okay for UPS to void my claim without follow up? I even spoke with a supervisor at UPS May 10th on a recorded line who failed to mention the fact the claim was closed. Something suspicious is going on.
