    I signed a contract with Treasure Shores Beach Club Resort for a timeshare. I have been reaching out to them for over two years now seeking termination of this contract. I have explained my circumstances to them and continue to be dismissed. I was initially sold this based on the idea that I could easily rent it or resell, or even give it back (which I already offered) if it any point I did not want it. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I am completely disappointed by the services and the responses I have received from Treasure Shores Beach Club Resort.They are incredibly unresponsive and I cannot continue with a company that has no concern for its constituents. Not to mention the financial burden it has caused.

    Please see attached correspondence to ****************:

    1. **************** bought the unit from the Association on his own accord.  **************** was not contacted by Treasure Shores to purchase a unit week - Treasure Shores does not have a marketing dept.  **************** purchased a unit week at Treasure Shores because his friends owned unit weeks here and he wanted to vacation with them.

    2.  The idea that the unit could be easily rented, resold or given back is not an idea Treasure Shores would have promoted then or now.

    3. **************** is free to rent the unit if he likes or sell it if he likes.   Treasure Shores Beach Club Association is not in a  financial position to take back UNLESS **************** brings the account current ( statement is attached)

    4. Treasure Shores Association and its members have been carry the cost on this unit.  **************** can issue a money order or cashier's check in US Funds by March 30, 2023, to bring the account current and in good standing and Treasure Shores  Association will issue a quit claim deed and take the unit back.

    5.  Please let us know how **************** will proceed within the next ****************************************************************************************** the new year.
