Business ProfileforMobility Plus Manatee

In March 2022, I purchased a mobility scooter from Mobility Plus of Manatee. Shortly after I noticed that the scooter would not move. On numerous occasions, I contacted them to see what was wrong and never received a reply. Several months later they came and replaced the batteries. The owner came to our house with a strong smell of alcohol on his breath. A short time later the scooter still would not move. They again replaced the batteries and charged me (attached) for service for a scooter that did not work, to begin with. (attached) I again contacted them and they would not reply. I contacted the Ceo of Mobility Plus (attached) and asked for a resolution. The *** never responded. As noted in the attached email that Mobility Plus Manatee charged me 2-3 times the actual value of the batteries. This is a deceptive business practice. In searching the **************** databases, I did not find a business license for **********************. This is evidenced in the attached invoice where no tax was charged. This scooter was sold as a new machine and is believed to be used when it was sold. This was evidenced when I asked Mobility Plus Manatee for a warranty and they were not able to provide one. This scooter must be returned and monies paid refunded.
