    I ordered a dog harness. When it didn't **me I **ntacted them. The delivery **mpany said it was delivered . I **ntacted **mpany again and the delivery ** sent a picture of my package be delivered to some other address.I once again **ntacted the **mpany and they said they **uldn't do anything because it was the delivery **mpany's problem. I have **ntacted the delivery ** 3 times but they ignore **** filed a dispute with my credit card.

    On August 28 an order was placed via credit card for $43.99. They said it woukd take 2/4 business day or up to 15 days. I tried going thru their online chat and she stated there was never an order placed. I send copy if my order. No response. I tried their email support no one emailed me back. I tried their online contact only to send me the email fir support back to inline chat now they had my info (magically appeared!) and still got send to same dam site to no avail!! Im calling my credit company to cancel order!

    I had placed an order by accident on 02/08/2024, and sent an email requesting it be canceled and refunded immediately after. This was the only way to contact the store. I received no response. On 02/27/2024 I sent an email stating that the “shop” app had notified me the order was shipped regardless of my request. If the package had shipped when I was told it was, the package would have arrived a week before this message was sent. I stated that there was no tracking information, and I still wanted the refund. I received no response. On 03/04/2024 I sent my last email, notifying them that the package still had not been delivered, and I still had not received a refund. I let them know this was my last attempt to reach them. I received no response. See attached screenshots.

    I am Michael from Perfect Paw. Thank you for informing me of the complaint filed against our business.

    As a response to the complaint, we have agreed with the settlement requested from us and we have refunded the customer's order in full. Attached is a copy of the refund confirmation email we have sent the customer. We hope this would suffice.
