    I tried to look up my driving record at and now a company with the website *************** is charging me a monthly $28.95 fee which I did not authorize.

    I did not authorize these charges. Initially there was I believe $1 charge and now 2 weeks in a row they charged me $28.95 on 3/24 and on 3/10 for at total of $57.90

    This is a scam website. I have received 2 recurring payments of $***** on 1/20/25 and 3/11/25 after initially purchasing a VIN report for my car from ************** on 12/25/25 for *****. I did not sign up for recurring payments, so these charges are illegal. The last payment of $***** is also under a slightly different alias, Drivingrecs,com which was a big red *********** card payments have been disputed and I intend to track them down and take legal action if this is it resolved immediately.

    I purchased the service for $1.00 on April 14 2024 and later I found out I was being charged $28.95 per month for their service. They did payback 1 month but they owe me 4 more month back.

    On July 31st, 2024, I ran a one time vehicle report from a website called ******************* aka **************************. It was advertised as a $1 report. Two days later this company charged me $28.95. Three weeks later they charged me another $28.95. Then $28.95 a month for an additional six months. I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. I contacted the company and they insisted I must have accidentally signed up. They did agree to cancel the account.

    I went onto ************** to look up a used car facts and paid $1.00 for a report. I have since been charged $28.95 in both December and January. I never authorized this amount, and I would not have paid a dollar for said report if I knew I would be getting charged a monthly subscription. I want my money back and most importantly I want to not be charged by this company anymore. I want whatever subscription I apparently have to be cancelled.

    I paid a one dollar fee to procure a dmv record on 1-15-2025. Nowhere in this company's terms of service did it mention a subscription or any other fees to be charged. An unauthorized 30 dollar fee was just charged today 1-23-2025. This company is scamming people and committing fraud. Will talk with my credit card company to dispute charges and refer this for investigation as they advise.

    I was charged a bogus charge of $30. This is pure scam and  fraud by this company.  I will dispute this charge with my credit card company and follow their advice as to filling a complain with law enforcement. 
    From your own records you posted on line, I am not alone. This company continues to **** and commit fraud.

    There are no other records because nothing more was ever transacted.

    I was looking for a record on my license for insurance purposes and paid the $1 fee from this ************ Hub on 11/22/24. The record they provided did not help me. They have since charged me $28.95 in December and January for no services rendered and I want my money back.

    I was searching for used car reports. I ordered 1 report for $1 but now am getting several charges to my credit card which I didn't authorize. In Dec and Jan I was charged $28.95. I would like my account closed and a refund for the past 2 months.

    On Jan 3, 2025, I was checking DMV sites for information on a used car we were interested in buying. I found *************, which indicated that with the *** they could provide the vehicle information for a charge of $1.00, which had to be paid by credit card. When I checked my bank statement today, I noticed that in addition to the $1.00 charge on Jan 3, there was an additional charge on Jan 7 for $30, which I did not authorize. The details on the charge were *************, ******************************, "this may be a recurring charge". I do not know how to remove my credit card information or recurring charges from this site. When I used this site on Jan 3, I thought it was a one time charge of $1.00. I authorized the one time charge of $1.00, but NOT any recurring charges. I am requesting a refund of the $30 Jan 7 charge and a termination of any additional recurring charges. Thank you for your assistance.
