There are charges that were brought against us that were put in prior work orders and were not fulfilled but rather ignored or not taken care of for months on it. There were months that were things were not taken care of item were broken or missing. Towards the end the treated us as if we were nothing after five years there. Things were not taken care of with the sewage system it was consecutively over flooding in the streets along with the foul odor that would come up from the piping. The work orders would also be marked as completed when they were not. The **** system had not been changed or cleaned since ****. The system was so dirty and so full of dirt I was paying 300 close to 400 in electricity a month. I ended up in the hospital for the poor air in the house. The system only got changed after I showed another neighbor of pictures. I cannot work because my lungs are to damaged and there is no surgery that will fix the tubing to my lungs there is significant scaring on the inner walls of the airways. I spent two months away from home in January 2021 and before returning I put in a work order to have my ac unit cleaned. They claimed it was an outside company that would do that, but they never came. It was not till after months and months of telling my neighbor that something was done. All the items clamming to have been missing or damaged were put in with work orders prior along with additional times of emails as well to the *** The items missing in the place were not missing as they were cleaned and set to the side in the master bedroom closest as to not get damaged or ruined before moving out. In addition, was not given adequate amount of time to leave they gave less then 90 notices after being there five years with no reason. This cause undue stress and anxiety the exasperated these along with my PTSD I could not take pictures the day of moving out because I was sick for three weeks from this ordeal.
