      Great company, staff training, staff customer service and culture has been amazing. No complaints from this customer. Boats are clean, and ready to go when you arrive. Staff is always very helpful, facilities are clean, and the experience always leave a great impression on our friends and family!

      Freedom boat club has given me just what I want. The staff is their catalyst that keeps this club afloat. For someone who wants to have a boat, a variety of boats, Freedom is the deal.

      Five Stars to Freedom Boat Club - *************** ******* at ******** / *********************. Staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Provided timely information regarding high-wind warnings; appropriately, changed trip hours and boat type from Pontoon to Fishing to accommodate for winds. Guided us successfully in route to take and docking. Boat was clean and fully functional.

      The dock crews are friendly, efficient, and helpful, and the boats operate well. Generally the boats are in need of some maintenance. The motors run rough although I've never had a breakdown. This boat in particular needs to have the bottom cleaned; There are lots of barnacles

      I am a disabled veteran. Prior to paying for this service I let the owner know. He assured me that the training would accommodate me. I have never driven a boat before. I took training in Quincy Massachusetts and the training was terrible at minimum. The trainer was yelling orders at me and seemed ultra aggressive. At the time I reported this and asked for a refund but was denied. I then took another training in cape cod after a long travel. This guy almost got our boat capsized by pointing me head on to the waves. I again asked for a refund but was denied. My warning is this: If you never driven a boat this is not the place to learn.
