Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Dan and al came to fix my meter and mast and broke my boot and the whole mast is crooked still. I didn't know until my roofer came over . Called to let them know it was broke needed to be fixed. They cut diagonal into my boot and slapped electrical tape on it . and the office person gave me Al's number and he was cursing at me and I told him to not be disrespectful and al said "oh what are you gonna do ?!" He said" how about i come cut your ******* power?! "And he then called me AGAIN to let me know if I can't take the heat don't dish it out. As a businessowner i would NEVER speak to a client like that whos Stuff they broke . I paid $3000 for this awful job . Now I'm gonna have to shell our $800 to have it fixed. I was In no way disrespectful to him. He must be drunk. Now I'm sitting at home with my small toddler wondering if this deranged man is gonna come cut my power . DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This was a very strange interaction, we have done tons of mast repairs since Hurricane Ian, they all require some roof damage to get a new conduit through the roof we have to cut into the boot, and we are not licensed roofers so we refer them to someone or ask them to call someone they trust, The 2 guys that did the job said she was happy, and they temporarily put something up that will keep water out until the roofer can get there she said it wasn’t a problem she had a friend that could do it. I read some back and forth about cutting the service drop again and it seemed she didn’t want to because of how long it takes to get the power back? We have never had any negative customer relations with these techs, nor have they been suspected of drinking. I can’t believe they would threaten a customer. It seemed like she laid into them and then put words in his mouth.
We have never had someone act happy say they know a roofer and then act like we owed them money after the roof repair, if the roofer thought the pipe could be changed without sealing it, can he submit that in writing and on letter head?
We have excellent insurance and in 14 years have never had to make a claim, but I am certainly willing…. I think it’s best to keep all this in writing so tempers and “he said, she said” don’t interfere with a peaceful resolution.
