Had a sticking issue with my garage door. EASY LIFT GARAGE PRO'S showed up after I called LifeMaster. (somehow got rerouted to them) They told me I needed a new opener (mine was only 4 years old). They charged me $4,453.00!!!! to replace the opener and the rollers. (I can provide a receipt. I Never did this before so I paid them. Apparently, they have scammed many people the same way. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them for a partial refund but they will not return my calls. I'm told by their "dispatch" they would call back But that Never happens. They will not respond to your call either, I have their phone number, address, email and name of owner if you need additional information. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!

I recently completed a report with the ******* general attorneys office as I believe this business is not legitimate and needs to be investigated. Last October I had a spring on my garage door break. When I phoned Easy Lift Garage Doors, they sent a tech the very next day, Oct. 27, 22, in an unmarked truck. His quote to replace my springs was $1450.00. I said I would need to wait and check prices as that seemed high to me. Then he said, if I did the work now, he would give me 20% off. I said no. Then, he lowered the cost to $727. plus $150. for labor. So I let him do the work. After removing my old springs, he then said I needed to replace the brackets on each side of the track because the pieces were worn so I let him replace those. Those were $75.00 each. When the work was done (about an hour.), my garage door was Not closing properly. I called the company back two days later because my door was slamming to the ground. They sent out a second tech who said I then needed a new garage door opener and that he could do it right away! Wising up, I said Id wait and get back to them with the intention of getting a second opinion. After being ill with *****, I was only just recently able to get a second opinion on Feb. 13, 2023. And, I have not been able to use my garage door since Oct. 27. So I called West ******* Overhead Doors LLC and was told I did not need a new garage door opener but in fact the springs were the problem as they werent the manufactured specified required for my storm door. A few days later, they came back with new springs, and my door now closes properly. I called the other company and let them know about the wrong springs they put on my door, and that I would like to schedule an appointment for them to pick up their springs and refund my discover card for the $727. they charged me. I got the run around on all calls. The last call was on 2/24/2023, a supervisor, named ***, refusing to tell me his last name.

On 11/7/2022 I called Express Garage Doors that I found on nextdoor app for service (which had the address belonging to ******************************). No one showed on 11/8, and I was promised by the scheduler that the technician would be there on 11/9. The technician that came was from Easy Lift Garage Pros. He changed my garage door opener/chain and replaced two springs ($600 a piece) costing me $2025. When I called the original company, he said he reported Easy Lift Garage Door Pros to the police because that company was stealing his clients. When I told them this, they said Express Garage Doors worked for them. I have called EZ lift on 12/6, 1/3, and 1/26 asking to have a manager call me back and have not received a call. I am not satisfied with what I received and feel deceived by their business practices.
