      The installation was completed on 6/29/22. Our quality control inspector performed their inspection on 8/25/22 & everything was installed according to plan. The county completed & approved the final inspection on 9/2/22 & the building permit was closed out. On 9/28/22, hurricane *** impacted the area where this installation was completed. We have record of being contacted on 10/27/22 by the homeowner. Our office has thousands of voicemails, emails & messages logged for return contact that we are working through. The volume of calls that were coming in maxed out our voicemail capacity & there were periods of time that there was no option to leave a voicemail. 

      We have reached out to the homeowner & are scheduling an inspection of the complaint. Based on the information provided & the location of the project, it is likely that this is damage caused by Hurricane ***. Once we perform our inspection, we will notify the homeowner of the findings & see how they would like to proceed.
