I have owned a seasonal rental in ****** for 5 years, and I am very happy with the management of Horse and Chaise. Recently there was a hurricane and they really stepped up finding people to fix my roof, removed a blown-over shed, repair a chain-link fence, and remove all the hurricane debris. They have found great seasonal tenants for me every year. I have also found them to be very helpful when I have questions. It's a tough business handling rentals ... and they do a good job!

Very unprofessional, rude on phone, xxxx is a stand out rude person. We have rented the same unit at ************ for well over 10 years, We were issued a contract for ****, but because we asked to many questions xxxx decided she wouldn`t honor the contract. She would not accept my deposit . Sounds like discrimination to me. Horse and Chaise would not accept owners request to renew our contract.

Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry that your experience was negative. In reviewing your claims, you made several requests to alter the terms of the lease contract. We are happy to answer any and all questions on our leases, but we are not able to alter or change the contracts. Regarding the check, we could not accept the check because it was altered. The check provided had a small piece of paper taped onto the check with different banking information, which no bank could possibly deposit. Here is a link for others to view the check submitted with pertinent information redacted (*******************************************************************). We will pass over the slanderous and inaccurate comments regarding discrimination.

Horse and Chaise is a well respected and established business in the community and we work closely with our clients. The owner in question was consulted through the process and is very pleased with our actions and this result. We are looking forward to continuing on as partners in the management of the property. We wish you all the best in the future.
