I have had service done on my washing machine by this company 7 times. The last 3 times it had been a man by the name of *******, he was very nice and made small talk with us after he did his job. He came into the living room and pet our dog multiple times throughout our conversation. The last time he serviced the machine, it did not work after he left so I wrote the company to let them know. On the 28th of June, ******, made an exception for me in the schedule to fix the machine again. At 1:20, a different repairman by the name of ***** arrived. He rang the doorbell, no one enters my home through the front door because of my dog, so my daughter opened the garage to let him in with easy access to the laundry room. While walking to the garage door, he asked my daughter if the dog is friendly, to which my daughter responded that she is she just doesn't like the doorbell rung. When my daughter opened the door for him and he saw the dog, he asked my daughter to put the dog away and shut the door. My daughter was preoccupied trying to comply with his request so I went out to ask him what happened. He very abruptly told me that we had to get the dog out of the house, to which I responded that it was the dogs house and she would not be leaving, but we would put her away. I spoke to ******, who stated ***** loved dogs and wouldn't say that without reason. I understood that he might have been scared of the dog so I let it go. He knocked on the door after being assured the dog was away and I yelled out that the door was open. He called me over to ask what was wrong with the machine. I responded that I did not know and he told me that he was not the one and to not to have an attitude with him. He then said that I had to put the dog away, I was taken aback by this because the dog was nowhere around us so I said that the dog was gone. He said I don't have to take this and walked out. I called ******, she said I had cursed him out and said she would not service my home anymore.

Good morning. Our tech **** was informed by the customers daughter that the dog was aggressive. **** then kindly asked for the dog be put away. The dog was put on a leash in the living room. **** was still not comfortable enough with that situation and kindly asked again for the dog to be put in another room. **** was recently bitten by a dog, while on the job, and spent the afternoon in the hospital. We would suggest that in the future, if anyone kindly requests to have the dog put away, that their wishes are respected. Please trust the other persons fear.

This service provider has made 4 attempts to repair Whirlpool Refrigerator. I have an extended warranty. After this 4th service repair I was informed the repair was completed. I informed the repair person that screws dislodged from the freezer area, he shrugged and replied the product is fixed. A few hours later the Unit stopped cooling entirely. ******** Appliance is closed for the weekend. All of my food spoiled.I advised the repair person of the screws dislodged from the Unit on the 3rd service call.Additionally, I was informed that he does not know how to repair my refrigerator, hence the 4th service visit.

We were dispatched this call for service on 01/25/24.  We per-ided a part for a hopeful first call complete.  The job was scheduled for the following day of 01/26/24. Our tech who arrived was not sure of the model she had so he reset her to another day with a senior tech. Our tech arrived 02/02/24 and did in fact replace a part and after he left the unit failed.  I spoke to ************ this morning and we will be sending out our tech tomorrow for a follow up afternoon call at her request.
