      Dec.2023 Bates installed a Fresh Aire UV system .The tech told me to order a bulb replacement in 1 year and they would install it for free during regular service. I pay $99 per year for two maintenance service calls.Dec 2024 the Fres Aire replacement bulb I bought was defective and had to be returned for a replacement, The tech said to just call to reschedule for new bulb to be put in.On Jan 6 th I called and it was rescheduled for Jan. 8 th. No cost was explained and I thought it would be a service call fee. The cost was $362.89 I spoke to owner ****** Bates he would not budge on the cost to just install a bulb I purchased per his technicians instruction in Dec 2023. I have no problem paying a service fee. The tech was here 20 minutes. A maintenance service calls is far longer and more entailed and costs $49.50 per the two visits a year. I feel **** ***** should be adjusted.
