    The initial charge was $1200 and ended costing over $6000.This company low ***** the price and starts their methodical and unethical process to extort money along the way to the final delivery.They should be put out of business.Please do not use them.

    I have discovered that the name on the truck used by the company in question is Next Door Relocation Service, not ***************** LLC whom the complaint was initally filed on. ***************** LLC is not registered on Sunbiz.org. I am filing a formal complaint against ***************** LLC, located at ******************************************************************************. I am deeply dissatisfied with their services and believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention.My elderly aunt and uncle, aged 79 and 86 respectively, hired ***************** LLC based on a quoted price of $1,080. However, upon the movers' arrival at their home, the situation quickly deteriorated. The movers took their belongings and held them on the truck, threatening to leave with the items. They demanded an additional $5,600 inflating the total amount to an outrageous $6,671.These events highlight the deceptive practices and unethical behavior of ***************** LLC. Their actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' well-being. The salesperson, *******************, provided false information during the initial agreement, deliberately misleading my aunt and uncle. Furthermore, *****, who claimed to be the **************** Manager, exhibited unprofessional behavior by dismissing their concerns and failing to offer any meaningful assistance or empathy.To worsen the situation, ***************** LLC coerced additional payments and held my aunt and uncle's belongings hostage. They refused to unload the truck unless the inflated fee of $6,671 was paid in full. This coercive action is both unethical and illegal, violating their rights as customers.I urge you to investigate the deceptive pricing practices of ***************** LLC, specifically those carried out by *******************.

    Next Door Relocation, LLC, is not a legitimate entity Their fraudulent 20 or more moving scams run by *************************** charged us over $5,000 to move our belongings when the original quote was about $1050 with an alleged military discount, which they later rescinded. They promised to deliver the belongings that we still do not have. I overheard the so-called movers that they sent pretending to have our belongings back in November of last year say, "There is nothing in the truck anyway..." when they went to a clearing near our yard where they thought I was out of earshot, but I can hear a pin drop.Those two really mean-looking men were nothing short of hustlers and were not going to move anything or take anything out of the truck but only intended to take off with the $769 they requested and the additional $1500 that *********************, a loyal employee of Next Door Relocation, LLC, tried to squeeze out of us the day before.Neither of the two men seemed to have had any moving experience and could barely speak as though they were high on drugs, and one of them had an injured or disabled arm and could not have even moved one box, much less furniture and exercise equipment. The sinner who did all the talking assaulted me, an elderly veteran. But they were both rude, nasty, and smelly bullies. They refused to state their names clearly, and both were hostile and ran off as soon as the authorities were called. They, like the other employees at Next Door Relocation, LLC, are liars, bullies, assaulters, and bad actors who are now refusing to communicate with us.Next Door Relocation, LLC, charged us $20 per box when they claimed our boxes did not comply with federal compliance for going across state lines, and they kept adding illegitimate charges to our already made-up cost. For example, they maliciously overcharged us by charging us at least ten times the weight of our goods. Next Door Relocation, LLC, is holding our belongings hostage, and we do not know where our goods are.

    I hired movers yesterday and paid 200 down. They were supposed to be here between 1-3pm. They showed up after 8pm and then when they felt my dresser , they cussed at me, said they have my money and left.

    I hired this Next Store Relocation to move me from ***************, ** to ********, **. My first original quote was $1500 after they loaded my belongings into the truck the quote went to $2800. When they delivered my belongings to ** the quote went to $3544. If that wasn't bad enough, when my belongings were delivered they were destroyed. All of my boxes were soaking wet and wrapped with black tape to hold them together. My wooden dresser was filled with water. All of my belongings were invested with mold. I'm just devastated that a company like this is still in buisness, when I called their customer support team they acted as if I was in the wrong and did not understand why I was upset. I still have yet to receive a complaint form. They will not let me speak to a manager or anyone who is in a leadership. I am honestly appalled at this type of behavior, and embarrassed a business like this exist.

    I signed a contract on 4/19/2023 for a cost estimate for a move to be $1000. I did not sign any other documents and the truck packed up my items and left. I did not agree to any additional charges. As the moving truck was on the way towards my new home, I was sent an invoice for over $4300. I did not sign this invoice. I did not agree to any additional charges and had specifically said no to additional charges over the phone to the movers. The additional charges were never included in the original estimate. I immediately sent an email in return, since the truck had not arrived yet, that I did not agree to this price and to cancel the service and return the items. The company refused to return the items to the original location and also refused to unload them at the new location. The company held my items hostage, despite me paying them the originally agreed upon cost of $1000 (this was the only signed document from me at this point). I stated I have several medications on the truck due to a severe chronic illness that I needed to obtain. The company would not allow me to get my medication and called me a liar multiple times. The owner suggested a "compromise" to settle for $2600. I felt forced to agree to these terms because I am reliant on my medication and did not want to end ** in the hospital. I then did sign the new agreement for $2600, but only due to coercion and medical necessity. The movers from the company now was quite angry and then broke several items when delivering them. They also made comments about me being a liar, dumb, and other demeaning statements. Police were called and I will be acquiring the police report of the incident.

    May 28: the company collected my belongings and I had already paid a 400 deposit and 900 were missing, to which they added **** dollars on the day of the move, estimated delivery date June 2, June 6, I had no response from the company On June 7th they call me informing me that I owed **** dollars and I had to pay them to deliver my belongings. June 8: delivery day, 1pm, they begin to leave my belongings (in poor condition) and the deliverer and the truck disappear, with my belongings in the truck. blocksrob my calls and the company does not respond. They stole 1 apple desktop computer, 1 apple keyboard, 1 computer mouse, 1 large travel suitcase with very expensive winter clothes including ****** ***** brands among others.The company tells me that it cannot contact the driver, why? Isn't it a job of theirs? And when I send an email with a claim, they send me a form where they go. pay 60 cents per pound, that is, they are going to pay me 70 dollars for my computer and belongings, and the form they send says that if I sign I absolve them of responsibility and that they have nothing to do with what happened, they are thieves, they use different names of companies, cell phone numbers among other things to scam people, I found it on the internet, they have robbed many people. The day of the incident, I called the ****** police so they would edit the report if they wanted to look at it.I updated pictures of the emails and my calls of that day, multiple calls to the company and driver, he block my calls, insane.

    Paid moving to move me from one state to another. Nextdoor quoted me a price after discussing items to be moved. The quoted price started at $2K, day of move, movers packed, closed locked door and invoiced me at $6500. After spirtiting conversation, New invoice of $4500 that I had to accept or they were keeping my goods. They called for delivery date to new location and revised the the invoice to $5100. I have all four changed invoices with price changes. Company also charged $800 for shrink wrap that was completely unnecessary to use. I am out of lots of money and still no furniture. I am a civilian worker for military and this has been a nightmare. Please advise.

    I had hired the company for a move from ******* to **************. Pending the sale of my current house. I didn't have any definite dates so they made them flexible. And I made sure to put in my contract that I could get a full deposit refund of my 800$ if I canceled by the middle of May. After reading the contract again I found a lot of hidden fees and decided to call and cancel my move with them. They called me about 2 weeks ago about the move and I said I wanted to cancel. They said ok, it'll take about 90 days to process the refund. I called again today just to make sure it was canceled and they were working on the refund. They are now telling me that even though in the contract it says I'll get my refund if canceled in time. It also says there are no refunds of deposits. So what was the point of making sure that was in the contract if they weren't going to honor it? They also conveniently made it so I could not access the contract anymore. I have requested they email me a copy. But I have not received it yet. Had I known how shady this company was I never would have even spoke to them. I'm still requesting my full 800$ refund.

    Date of transaction 05/01/2023, Amount of money payed $1382, Amount of money estimated $369 ************ reached out to me for my 0.3 mi move. On the phone with *****, I explained all the details off my move. According to *****'s estimate, my move would cost me 314$. I had already moved most of my stuff and left only the bulky items. ***** convinced me to get 3 movers (new estimate of $369 for 3 movers) and had the nerve to say 369 is not out of your budget, right?. I payed $200 deposit. Scheduled between 8 and 9 AM, the movers arrived at 10:10 AM. Before starting, they gave me papers to sign, they NEVER sent them by email prior to be reviewed and even after the move, so I don't have access to the documents! I purchased a wrap for them, but they REFUSED to use it and had their own with another charge (75$)! Arrived at the destination (at 10:40 AM), they refused to unload unless they are paid first. They FORCED me to send them $1182 or they threatened to STEAL my stuff until they get their money. Irrational price and yes, this is out of my budget ****** They charged me time while they waited for me to gather this amount of money that I wasn't expecting, because how on earth do you estimate $369 with all the details I gave and I end up paying 4X this price! They were sitting there, obnoxious doing nothing, while I was getting charged extra-time for labor, until 12:04 PM when they received the money. According to them, this price is for the walking distance (how accurately is that measured exactly?), the elevator (that was mentioned on the phone and never added to the estimate), transportation surcharge (what is that? Is transporting items NOT included in a MOVE?) What was the $369 for if there are so many added charges, just for them to show up and stand there? ************ made up an illegitimate price without any explanation. I want a fully detailed explanation of the charges, I did not agree to that, and I want my legitimate money back! What a FRAUD!
