The sealing of all screws is not completed.The sealing of all joints with 6 membrane is not completed.The roof coating is not fully applied.The replacement of 40 galvalume nosing on outside edge not completed Roof was not cleaned properly causing bubbles and sealer to peel up And we have leaks everywhere.Your company was hired to stop the leaks and fix our roof. We apologize for the delays we have had in completing your project. This is not the type of experience we want to deliver. We have since taken corrective measures to ensure the project gets completed and done properly. We have fired the project manager who was assigned to this project. Since this complaint, we have gone back and sealed all of the screws, and the seams (joints). We also replaced a number of ***** panels that were also causing leaks. We are about 90% finished now and will be back to the property soon to finish the top coating. It has been raining very heavily the past week or so and we can not finish the top coat until the weather is sunny and dry. We estimate to have your project completely done by the end of this month.

I am rejecting this response because: PANDA CONTRACTORS SHOULD REPLACE THE 1 GLASS SHOWER DOOR FOR FREE. IT IS THERE FAULT THAT THEY DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR PRODUCTS.

No company warrants shower glass doors, the door was perfectly OK so we have no idea how it could shatter. We can help you to get a new glass door. Please send us pictures of your shattered glass so we can continue to insist on getting a free replacement. I believe your door is over one year old.Customer Answer

Signed finance contract on 9/22/22 and permit on 10/6/22. Actual work did not start until 11/14/22 when they removed the old roof and the drip edge. Without drip edge in place a week of heavy rain started on 11/20/22 & water intruded into the home. We did our best to use fans, dry, humidify to prevent further damage. Panda said they would take care of these incidentals and we have mentioned this several times without results. We had some unexpected damage to the chimney area which delayed metal roof installation. Chimney was completed 1/16/23. Beautiful weather and many follow up phone calls, the metal part of the roof was finally completed on 3/30/23. Two additional parts - flat roof and gutters were more of the same, excuses, delays until the flat roof was completed on 5/10/23 and the gutters installed on 5/24/23. We noticed the gutters were not changed on the flat roof area and we were told that the sales person, *****************, had not calculated enough for the gutter job in our contract. We are now expected to pay the additional charges to either Panda or the gutter company to come back out and complete for his mistake. This whole job has been very frustrating and depressing due to their lack of attention and quality we expected. We are attaching a photo of the completed wrinkled metal which is noticeable from every angle of the home. We agreed to upgrade to this copper color as *********************** indicated it would enhance our home. This does not look like other metal roofs in our area and we don't know if it is inferior material or workmanship. Original contract was $46,335, which was according to Panda was boosted to $59,296 due to chimney work. We did not qualify for more than $55,000 with the finance company and Panda is requesting the additional $4,296.21. We don't mind paying what we owe, but this roof is embarrassing at best due to quality. At this point we feel that a mediator is needed as they are not returning our latest text message for help.Business Response

In March 2018, Panda roofing installed a new roof on our home for $21,000. We went with them because they seemed professional and offered a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. In November 2022, we discovered a leak over our garage. Employees from Panda inspected the leak November 23, 2022 and said the company would call and schedule a repair for free since it was still under warranty. After repeated phone calls and emails, we are still waiting for the repair. They hardly ever answer the phone. You have to leave a message and they dont call back. If by chance, you speak to someone, they have an excuse. Several weeks ago, they said someone would come but they never showed. We hope you can get them to repair our roof. Thank you. I have copies of the workmanship roofing guarantee that I will try to upload and my husband ************************* is a Navy veteran.Business Response

If you have a copy of it we would appreciate you get it to us so that we can process the claim. I believe that our receptionist had told you this, and if she did not, I am very sorry.

On January 13, 2022 I signed contact for bathroom remodel. I was told that the the shower stall would take 10 weeks. I call after 10 weeks ask when it would be done that I was leaving to go back to ******* in June . I said if you cant have it done by then give me my money back I cancel the job. The woman clearly said it would be done. I left in June it was not done. I tried calling leaving messages that I was back in *******. I finally got a return call saying they were short on help. I have not heard anything since. I still do not have a showers door.Business Response

This lady does not live here in *******, she just got back and we have been trying to reach her to coordinate and finish the job that we could not finish because she was not here. We have been calling her and we can't get through. She owes us over $10,000.00.
