    I had a fantastic experience with this company! They were incredibly professional from start to finish. The team was easy to communicate with, and I really appreciated the genuine connection I felt with their representatives. Everything went smoothly, and I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again.     The service was excellent, I am pleased to encourage everyone to let Omni Tax services Experts to help. I was frustrated when IRS kept sending me letters mentioned I owed them 168k, thanks be to God Omni Tax services was around. They resolved my debt to $9,500. It was a big relief.

    I called them for tax help and all they did was set me on a payment plan. I paid $1300 for a payment plan that I could have set up myself! So let me start from the beginning. I started with the company because my friend worked there. My friend got fired because she was not getting enough people to sign up with ****. But I digress. ********** said that I could skip the $300 and only pay $1000. I agreed. Got to the end of the process and ******** made me pay the whole amount. I asked if they were going to help reduce the amount owed through out the whole process and they kept saying they were going to work on it in the end. The whole process is complete and I have made my first payment yet to hear from them about getting a reductions on the amount owed. They are scammers do not allow them to take your $1300 like they took mine. I should have called the *** myself and set up the payment plan like I had done before. For me they were nice but I now consider them a wast of time and money. I suggest that you do not trust them and to call the *** for yourself. At least that is free. I can't help the ones that owe ****** or more and you have not paid but the *** does not take you money without any warning.

    I brought a very complex tax problem to ****, then I did not adhere to my payment installment agreement, yet they jumped in, ad over the past 4 months, they have worked a miracle. I was at the point of the *** developing a payment plan of $3200/month. Through much work, and herculean efforts, **** got the total liability reduced,and the monthly payment is now $1,068/month, which is a 300% reduction. I am very thankful for ****'s efforts, and more importantly their patience with me.

    Very dishonest company. They did nothing they said they would, and were very rude and condescending when confronted about it. Steer clear at all costs!!
