I called them for tax help and all they did was set me on a payment plan. I paid $1300 for a payment plan that I could have set up myself! So let me start from the beginning. I started with the company because my friend worked there. My friend got fired because she was not getting enough people to sign up with ****. But I digress. ********** said that I could skip the $300 and only pay $1000. I agreed. Got to the end of the process and ******** made me pay the whole amount. I asked if they were going to help reduce the amount owed through out the whole process and they kept saying they were going to work on it in the end. The whole process is complete and I have made my first payment yet to hear from them about getting a reductions on the amount owed. They are scammers do not allow them to take your $1300 like they took mine. I should have called the *** myself and set up the payment plan like I had done before. For me they were nice but I now consider them a wast of time and money. I suggest that you do not trust them and to call the *** for yourself. At least that is free. I can't help the ones that owe ****** or more and you have not paid but the *** does not take you money without any warning.

I brought a very complex tax problem to ****, then I did not adhere to my payment installment agreement, yet they jumped in, ad over the past 4 months, they have worked a miracle. I was at the point of the *** developing a payment plan of $3200/month. Through much work, and herculean efforts, **** got the total liability reduced,and the monthly payment is now $1,068/month, which is a 300% reduction. I am very thankful for ****'s efforts, and more importantly their patience with me.

Working with Omni Tax Help in such a time as dealing with a huge federal and state tax helped take a load off my back. As they were very thorough and communicated with me often and explained what they were doing on my behalf. I would highly recommend Mary Hannah and her team and promise you that they will fight for you.

Very dishonest company. They did nothing they said they would, and were very rude and condescending when confronted about it. Steer clear at all costs!!

I got in touch with **** regarding a rather obnoxious tax situation in which the *** claimed that I owed more than I think I owed. I didn't dispute THAT I had a balance, I just disputed what that balance was. Their high-pressure sales person told me that it was almost certain that I'd be able to get the balance owed cut in half, and only after I had paid them hundreds of dollars to open a file did I find out that this was, in fact, impossible. They also want me to pay extra money to file amendments to my returns (this was not previously stated), and they wanted me to send them *literally hundreds of pages* of documentation including utility bills and bank account statements over e-mail (not secure). There were dozens of people who had to review my file and I could never keep straight what was up. When I sent them documents, they later claimed that they didn't have them.

This company is very dishonest. They call you like crazy to get your money then go silent. I was called by *************************** continuously to allow them to help me with my tax issue. He said to me that if I paid $2500.00 and they could not considerably reduce my interest; I would be refunded. I was told they could only help me to eliminate a few hundred dollars at most. As a result, I told them that I would pay my taxes and handle the issue myself. I asked for a refund only to get a laundry list of charges that did not benefit me at all. My refunded amount is going to be $856.31 for doing nothing. I plan to post about this company everywhere I can. If they call you, run, hang up and block them. Nothing they say is true! I don't believe any of these positive reviews came from real people. They had to be employees.

This company calls me telling me I have a tax lien, then and EDD lien and then a personal tax lien, ALL OF WHICH WAS ********. They had the name of my old company wrong and had this mixed up with someone else the sale guy **** was stumbling all over him self and kept changing his story from business to personal. Best part is they illegally tele marketed my number which is a personal line not a business and I never requested contact from Omni Tax. I now have a case for Illegal telemarketing which violates DNC and TCPA and some state laws in CA which I will be exploring and filing with the FTC later today.
