  When my IRS situation came about, I was inundated with offers to help from all over the country by e-mail, snail mail, and telephone calls. I was uncomfortable with a tax resolution company out of town where I could not have a face to face situation with a real human being.   They are horrible. Negotiated $4500 fee and was paying quicker than agreed to get better attention and they were only concerned with my payments. I questioned and then complained when they were not providing results after a month. They disconnected my contact number for them and then got a nasty call that I could not talk to anyone but the person who called me. Luckily ***** Fargo was on the call and heard the whole conversation and immediately refunded $3k but they fought with a 31 page letter and **** gave them back $1500 and I couldnt fight it further I was told. So bummed they fought so hard to get their payment back but not as hard for my tax issue. What kind of company does that? I negotiated with the *** within a week after waiting 4 hours on hold. Think about this, this company had a 31 page response!! Think that is a coincidence? They have no reviews I can find on purpose. Im sure others have had a similar experience. They wanted payments on Saturdays which was a red flag to me that they are cash strapped. ******* talks a good game and I was snared but they showed their true colors. I am contacting the BBB next. I stand by my account. Its worse than this but I only have so many characters allowed. Please challenge my account of this Integrity. I am 100% telling the truth. I recorded the nasty call and they got upset and said it was against the law and wrote a email The ***** ********** manager couldnt believe they would write. It was so in professional and positioning for their 31 page rebuttal.

  Integrity Tax Group is a reputable company with an A+ BBB Rating. We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients while dealing with the *** and State Taxing Authorities. 
  
  When a client hires Integrity,he or she signs a Service Agreement which lists the terms and conditions of representation as well as the payment schedule for our fee. Our clients are given the opportunity to choose their payment schedule within reason.
  
  Our clients are kept apprised as to what is needed to bring their case to a full resolution as well as the status their account.
  
  Upon hiring Integrity Tax Group on September 14, 2022, ****************** was provided with his case ************** contact information as well as a list of documents that would be required to bring his case to a resolution with both the *** and State.
  
  ******************** first complaint was that he was not contacted the week of September 26th at which time he became belligerent towards his case worker. I, as the owner of the company, pulled ******************** case to review it as well as contact him to discuss the matter.
  Upon my review, it was determined that ****************** had been contacted every week up until the week of September 26th, at which time Hurricane *** was making direct landfall where our office is located which caused the office to be evacuated.  He was then contacted October 3rd when the office re-opened to discuss his account. It was also determined that Integrity Tax Group had already completed the following on his account:
  Prepared and submitted *** Forms **** & 8248
  Prepared and submitted *********** of ******** Form
  Contacted the *** to perform a compliance check 
  Contacted the *** Collections Department 
  Contacted the *** Under-reporting Department
  Contacted the ***, Innocent Spouse Representative 
  Contacted the State on multiple occasions
  Obtained *** Account Transcripts - completed an Account Transcript Breakdown
  Prepared initial financial analysis
  Prepared supporting document request and sent it to the client with a deadline of October 4th, that ****************** not only missed, but never supplied all the requested information
  Contacted the client via phone calls and emails multiple times
  
  I then contacted ****************** to discuss his concerns. When I presented the facts as listed above to *****************, he became very apologetic and stated, he was having a bad day and to please apologize to his case worker for him. His account was then turned back over to his case worker.   
  
  
  Over the course of the next several weeks ****************** continued to be disrespectful to my staff and I once again pulled his case to contact him.
  
  At this time, I advised ****************** since there seemed to be an ongoing issue with my staff that I would be his main point of contact from that point forward. He did not like this idea; he became belligerent and stated that he was going to dispute the $3,000 that he paid to Integrity.
  
  After filing two separate disputes with his bank, Integrity Tax Group won the disputes by providing proof of the work that had been completed on his account as well as the communications between him and Integrity.
