      CUTOMER SERVICE SUCKS...IN A 3MINUTE BARAGE FROM PRC I RECEIVED EMAILS 1- YOUR CURENT BILL IS DUE 28DEC23 2-YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT ON YOUR ACCOUNT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE 3-YOU NEED TO PAY 28DEC NOW OR FACE A 40$ PENALTY SO I CALLED AND AFTER 15 MINUTES OF RING AROUND THE ...I HUNG UP VERY UPSET AS I AM DISABLED VIET NAM VET ON CHEMO NOW. IN THE INTREM I USED THE PHONE PAY SERVICE AND IT EASILY TOOK MY PAYMENT ON THE CORRECT BANK ACCOUNT(INCL THE 40$ SVC FEE). NOW I GET ANOTHER EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I NEED TO CORRECT MY FORM OF PAYMENT. SO I PULLED THE ONLINE ACCOUNT AS IT WAS WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT THIS AM ON THE AUTO PHONE SYSTEM SHOWING THE CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE FOP. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT' KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND OR LEFT IS DOING BUT THEY ARE LIKE MOST BUSINESSES THESE DAYS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AS THE ARE ABOVE REPROACH... PRC NEEDS TO GET IT S....TOGETHER. *** ****

      We have made several attempts to contact the customer to offer additional support and listen to his concerns. We have not received correspondence back from this customer. We will continue to monitor this situation and remain available for any assistance the customer might need.
