    Horrible, horrible, horrible company. They tried to repo my vehicle. The driver crashed his tow truck into my vehicle and ripped a huge hole in the plastic protector under my car and hit my oil pain. The driver told me a name which was not mine and I told him he had the wrong person and car. The driver called my family and I all kinds of nasty things and was yelling racists comments at us. Threatening that he would kick our ***, got in my wife’s face and completely unprofessional. I was able to speak to someone named Nicole one time and she claimed a “field agent” would contact me and no one called me back. I continued calling the company and they blocked my number.

    The worst customer experience I've seen in a long time. Don't listen to voicemails or call people back. When finally calls someone back they are rude then hang up. When you go to pick up your vehicle, the 50 year old lady with long grey hair is on a power trip, rude and threatening to "sell your car at auction" when someone asks for a receipt of payment. Still refused to give any receipt and only accepted cash. Did not want to give any change and was going to make me pay extra until it was clear I was not, then she was able to find change. Made us sign a paperwork but refused to give a copy of that either. I understand it's not the most pleasant experience but being rude, nasty and on a power trip is not a good thing.

    Driver of Dodge Ram 4500 recovery truck runs his mouth and swings at woman threatens to shoot people and kill them talking bad about their family and laughing at the people that passed away

    They damaged my driveway and the driver Of the RAM Wrecker kept Cursing me out for no reason in front of my 5 year old child. I have it all on video from my house Cameras.

    Luv them.... AAA left me stranded for hours on side of road. Called extreme they were there in 10 min. Towed me 90 miles one way for very little money. I would highly recommend them.
