  Please take a moment to read this if you're considering buying an auto part for your car. If you find their prices reasonable, there's a compelling explanation behind it. In the end, you might as well save yourself the trouble and simply walk because you'll likely end up doing that anyway after dealing with these suppliers. Having been in the retail industry for an extended period, I've never come across such a degree of unprofessionalism as I have with this particular company. If you've made a purchase from them and encounter any issues, it might be more productive to engage in a conversation with the wall at your own home instead. We hope you can learn from our costly experience and SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME!

  Engine arrived with no plugs in cylinder holes with rust and dirt inside engine so my mechanic refused to waste money to install. I immediately requested return shipping based on their hassle free return but after 4 times I never received information to return. I then disputed charge on credit card as the 30 day return window was closing. Merchant fabricated communication, drawing out the 60 day dispute window. I was on the phone with cc company for hours and cc company was finally able to extract return ship address but with 3 days left in dispute window it was too late. Would have had to pay an additional $500 (on top of the original charge) to send it back and merchant already refused to return any money. Save yourself the heartache and avoid this company that scams people. Im now stuck with an unusable garbage motor.

  Purchased a transmission that's was junk burnt torque converter fluid still in the torque converter when I got it still dirty like it just got pulled off a truck and shipped to me...do not buy anything from this company..I payed 1400$ for a transmission that is junk on top of that it's costing me 750$ to ship it back so losing 750$ on this purchase,I repeat do not buy anything from this company...

  Best service I have had in a very long time with any engine and transmission company I have ordered. They are always forth coming with information. Very friendly staff. Best used parts company I have found after being ripped off by another place. Not going to say who the other company was but it starts with Quality.

  The worst online used parts store please it doesn't worth going through wat I experience I bought A 5 speed Manual transmission for A 94 Acuralegend I received the part on time I was so happy excited ready to install the part to my surprise the transmission is missing the clutch fork I contacted Management expecting to have the part shipped to me surprisingly I was abused over the phone I spent over $1500 for this transmission now it is no use to me I subsequently tried to send it back and was told I am responsible for shipping and restocking fees terrible company worst Coustomer relations reckless I was even told of a refund of $50 and you can go and try to purchase the clutch fork somewhere else I tried to make my point that the missing part I should have received it with the transmission since they go together I was terribly abused and phone call was disconnected

  These ppl are liars an will rip you off. I bought a transmission from them for my mustang. It come with a yr warranty and all parts was supposed to have come with it an in good shape. My machanic had to take parts from my old transmission to put on the one I bought from these liars. I called about the parts an they said they wasn't included. After it was put in it only lasted 5 ***** they wouldn't make good with it. I wish so bad I could leave all my proof an phone calls here for everyone to look at an listen to. DON'T BUY FROM THESE LIARS UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!

  0 stars. Highly do not recommend. For 2 months I fought with them over an engine I ordered. Every time I called I got the the same answer it will be shipped out Friday. Then I emailed and was told they are 3 weeks behind. Then sent another and was told the shipping company damaged the first engine. Now ****** off, I called again. They said they have another engine but didnt know it had to be wrapped and crated and the shipping company refused to take it. They are liars and this is a scam. They are very rude and disrespectful. They will yell and scream at you. Id loved to see this company get investigated. The parts they give you if you get them are from a junkyard not new parts.

  I ordered and paid for an engine several months ago. All Ive gotten is one excuse after another and now they dont respond. I work very hard to pay my bills.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND LIERS. THEY TOLD ME 5 DIFFERENT THINGS AND ALL WERE LIES. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HOW FUNNY, NOW THE ENGINE IS SHIPPED. NEVER RECEIVED ANY TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ABOUT WHERE THE ENGINE IS COMING FROM OR HOW MANY MILES OR ANYTHING. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE ENGINE, THEY SEARCH FOR ONE, PROMISE YOU A 5 YEAR WARRANTY TO MAKE YOU FEEL SECURE WITH THE PERCHASE. THE MONEY THAT THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY TO STOP SHIPPING IS NONSENSE. MAKES ME MAD THAT PEOPLE THESE DAYS ARE SO DISHONEST. I WILL MAKE SURE THEY LOSE A LOT MORE MONEY THAN THE SHIPPING COST THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS, ********** HUNGRY PEOPLE OUT FOR THEMSELVES. BAD BUSINESS. I WILL WRITE A REVIEW EVERYDAY SO NO ONES GETS SCAMMED BY THEM.

  Ordered a 4L80E "rebuilt" transmission. Blow away with the blatant disregard for customer service and the lack of quality of their product. There was water in the transmission, it was not rebuilt. Looks like it was pulled from a junkyard and mailed to us 2 MONTHS AFTER ORDERING! I wish we could send it back and wash our hands of the company, however don't want to foot the bill for shipping and or restock fee.
